Situated 8 kilometres from the coast, and just a short drive from the bright lights of Marbella, guests can experience the tranquillity of the countryside while being within easy reach of the buzzing Costa del Sol.

Famed for its celebrity clientele, upmarket restaurants, bars, and elegant boutiques (and of course for its miles and miles of golden sandy beaches) Marbella offers the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A number of golf courses are in the area immediately surrounding the property, along with lush countryside that just begs to be explored.

There has been no expense spared in the creation of this stunning villa. Split over three floors and situated in peaceful private grounds, the property offers guests an unrivalled level of comfort, space and style. Villa Tropic sits within the La Zagaleta Country Club, an exclusive club offering exceptional living. With nearly 900 hectares of gated natural surroundings, it’s a unique, private and secure place to live on the Costa del Sol.

The natural woodland forms part of a reserve with carpets of flowers, lakes and wildlife adding to the tranquillity. There are a number of hiking trails for guests who want to explore the area on foot while an equestrian centre allows riders to spot the resident deer, rabbits and birdlife on horseback. If you’re after more activity, there are two pristine 18-hole golf courses reserved exclusively for residents, plus tennis courts, a bowling alley and a billiard room in the clubhouse. The clubhouse is also lively at night with summer and winter restaurants, a discotheque and bar. If you can tear yourself away from all this luxury, Marbella is just a 10-minute drive away.

Marbella dates back to Roman times and history-lovers will enjoy the archaeological remains that are still evident, including mosaic tiles and Roman villa ruins. But most visitors to Marbella come for its glitz and glamour. In the town you’ll find plenty of Michelin-starred restaurants, designer boutiques, golden sandy beaches and a marina full of super yachts. For a more authentic Andalusian experience take a stroll through the old town. Set back from the seafront it’s a charming spot with its whitewashed buildings, flower-covered balconies and cobbled streets. In the Plaza de los Naranjos, or Orange Square, you can admire the Moorish and baroque architecture that bears witness to the presence of both Arabs and Christians in the fifteenth and sixteenth century. While here, be sure to stop at the Museum for Contemporary Spanish Engravings and marvel at the works of Miro, Dali and Picasso.

While Marbella offers plenty to do and see, the town of Porto Banus is 15-minutes from the casa and offers plenty of night time distractions with popular nightclubs, piano bars, beach parties and a casino.

Away from the splendour of Marbella’s coastline, lies the pretty village of Benahavis. Just a short drive from the casa it’s known as the dining room of the Costa del Sol and is brimming with Spanish restaurants, bars and local hospitality. It’s the perfect place to spend a few hours lingering over a meal while watching the sun drop behind the Serrania de Ronda Mountains.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €2,500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
