Live life alfresco when you stay at the beautiful Casa de la Joya, located in the Parcelas Del Golf gated development, in Nueva Andalucia, near Puerto Banus, on southern Spain's Costa del Sol. This modern three-storey, detached, Mediterranean whitewashed villa has five spacious double bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests, ideal for a fabulous family holiday or a group of friends get-together. The villa is set in its own well-maintained grounds with a high-walled tropical garden and your own centrepiece swimming pool. Join in the fun and games at the communal pool and paddle court. The interiors are exquisite, designed with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship, furnished with stylish pieces, and decorated in a sophisticated colour palette of cool black and white monochrome.

Enter the villa via a hallway, that leads to a breath-taking light and bright open plan living space, with floor to ceiling glass doors that gives access to the pool terrace. The seating area has two chaise style sofas, comfy armchairs, coffee and side tables facing a flat screen satellite television and a fireplace for those cosy evenings in. The subtle pale grey kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cater for your stay, including that must-have coffee maker. The adjacent seven-seater circular dining table is perfect for elegant indoor entertaining. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both with ensuite shower rooms. Take the stairs to the first floor, where the main suite has a king-size bed, an ensuite black marble bathroom with a shower, and a bijou Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. The other two bedrooms have double beds and share an ensuite white marble bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor, there is a seating area with a long sofa and a television to watch your favourite films, and a large terrace with soft furnishings and a table and chairs, the ideal place for watching the sunset, cocktail in hand. 

Step outside into the gorgeous garden and dip in the uniquely shaped star of the show, step-entry swimming pool before relaxing on the deep cream-cushioned sun loungers strategically positioned under coconut matting parasols. Keep fit in the state-of-the-art, fully equipped gym while away the afternoon on the swing seats.
