Villa Hacienda is a truly luxurious villa, located close to the wonderful village of Benahavis in the exclusive community of El Madronal, Costa del Sol.

Situated in extensively large grounds, filled with wonderful flora and fauna, lies this elegant and grand villa.The slightly elevated position of the villa provides wondrous views of the surrounding countryside and mountains from the majority of the spacious terraces, as does the large infinity private pool. Al fresco dining is simply a necessity from the terraces. Take advantage of the gas barbecue to sample the local produce, whilst sipping one of the local wines or beers.

The interior of the villa is just as wonderful as the exterior. Grand living areas are complete with high beamed ceilings, with plenty of space for all of the party. Five of the luxury bedrooms are located in the main villa, with the other two situated in a separate annexe apartment, but still designed and furnished to the same high standards. All are equipped with fine Egyptian cotton linen, memory foamed mattresses, high speed Wi Fi and large ensuite bathrooms and the five in the main villa also have LED flat screen TVs.

For those that like entertainment, there is plenty to keep you occupied. There is a fantastic cinema room with a 5m screen and the latest 3D projector, surround sound and also connected to over 200 satellite channels and also has access to a film library of over 2000 movies for all age ranges. There is a stereo system and ipod dock to utilise and also a games room consisting of a pool table, table tennis and dart board. The built in bar in the games room adds to the enjoyment and is the perfect place to chill out after enjoying a day in the sunshine.

If you like to keep fit whilst on holiday, there is also a well equipped mini gym in the villa. Choose from a running machine, cross trainer, exercise bike, rowing machine and various free weights to help ensure you don't miss out on your fitness regime.

The exterior of the villa has an apartment with its own entrance, which make up two of the seven bedrooms, but the duplex apartment also contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living area, making this as independent as you like it to be.

With such faciilities and luxury on hand, once you arrive at this villa, you may never want to leave.

Villa Hacienda sits within the exclusive La Zagaleta community, an exclusive gated area offering exceptional living. Nestled in the foothills of the Serranía de Ronda Mountains, it’s a unique place to live on the Costa del Sol. It’s also considered to be one of Spain’s most luxurious mountain retreats with residents including global politicians, entrepreneurs and household names.

The surrounding pine and oak forests afford guests privacy while lakes and wildlife add to the tranquillity. There are a number of hiking trails for those who want to explore the area on foot while an equestrian centre allows riders to discover the valleys and groves on horseback.

Other facilities available to residents in La Zagaleta include two pristine 18-hole golf courses and two tennis courts. There’s also a sociable clubhouse where residents can meet for a quiet drink or bite to eat.

Although the location is wonderfully tranquil, the Mediterranean shoreline is just a 10-minute drive away in Marbella town centre. Here you’ll find sandy beaches, beachside promenades and plenty of water sports on offer plus Michelin-starred restaurants, designer boutiques and a dazzling marina full of luxury yachts.

While Marbella offers plenty to do and see, the neighbouring town of Puerto Banus is also worth a visit if only to stroll along its picturesque harbour surrounded by white Andalusian houses. At night, it offers even more distractions with its popular nightclubs, piano bars and beach parties attracting a well-heeled crowd.

Away from the glamour of Puerto Banus, 20 minutes east from the villa is the delightful Cabopino Port and Marina. Known as the ‘Little Gem’ on the Costa del Sol, it's a charming place to spend an afternoon with its cobbled squares, stylish port and historic watchtower. Dine at one of the open-air restaurants, relax on the sandy beach or charter a yacht for the day and explore the stunning coastline.  

Away from the splendour of Marbella's shores, lies the pretty village of Benahavis with its narrow streets, historic ruins and river walks. If you're feeling adventurous, you can try your hand at canyoning through the gorges, waterfalls and plunge pools. After all that activity, be sure to stop at one of the Spanish restaurants. Benahavis is known as the dining room of the Costa del Sol and is the perfect place to linger over a plate of tapas while watching the sun turn the Serrania de Ronda Mountains pink.

Villa Hacienda has plenty of indoor and outdoor space for kids to enjoy. They will love the generously sized bedrooms featuring double beds, terraces and garden access. Perched on a hillside and surrounded by lush countryside, kids can spend the day splashing in the outdoor swimming pool, relaxing on a sun lounger or playing on the shady lawn. A barbeque means lunch can be enjoyed al fresco, while come evening, there are many outdoor seating areas for the perfect place to watch the sun dissolve into the sea before the stars light up the sky. There is also a spacious lounge to kick back in, a home cinema to watch a film, and a games room with a pool table and table tennis to play.

Villa Hacienda has a wealth of attractions right on its doorstep. Children can enjoy a walk through the wild countryside, or they can practise their tennis skills with a coach at the La Zagaleta Tennis Club. There’s also an equestrian centre if they want a horse-riding lesson.

Although the villa benefits from a peaceful countryside setting, it’s only 10 minutes by car to Marbella town and the beautiful sandy beaches. Children can swim or snorkel safely in the calm Mediterranean waters and build sandcastles on the shore. Afterwards they’ll want to stop at the stunning harbour for ice-cream or a bite to eat at a chiringuito.

Other activities nearby the villa include an aquarium, mini golf course and ice rink while in nearby Torremolinos kids will love whizzing down the water slides and riding the river rapids at Aqualand.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit £1000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Departure time 5 pm.
Arrival time 11 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price and changed twice a week.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price and changed twice a week.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 3 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.
