This impressive, three-storey, detached, architect-designed villa has four fabulous ensuite double bedrooms and can easily accommodate up to eight guests, ideal for a family holiday or a group of friends sharing. The villa is set in its own grounds, with landscaped gardens, and your own private swimming pool. The property has all the mod cons, including security cameras and CCTV, complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and garage parking for two cars. The sleek exterior Mediterranean whitewashed walls have huge picture postcard windows and glass-fronted balconies that reward the guests with panoramic views. The interiors are impeccable, furnished with Swiss designer pieces and decorated in a sophisticated colour palette of cool neutral shades with hues of blue highlights.

Enter the villa at the ground floor level, where a Wow factor open plan living space with breathtaking views and access to the pool terrace will welcome you. The seating area has an L-shaped soft dove grey sofa, two matching armchairs, a selection of coffee tables; all arranged facing a flat-screen satellite television, and a flame-effect fireplace for cosy evenings. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances you will need to cater for your holiday, a breakfast bar, tall stools, and that must-have morning coffee maker. Serve up local delicacies at the adjacent eight-seater oval dining set. A smart office space with a desk, two chairs, and a handy guest cloakroom complete the ground floor.

Take the stairs to the first floor, where the magnificent Main Suite has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a breathtaking furnished terrace. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, the third has twin beds, and they both have ensuite shower rooms and garden-view balconies. On the lower floor, the fourth bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite shower room. The lower floor has a second sitting room, a bar for sunset cocktails, a yoga room to practice your downward dog, a useful laundry room, and a two-car garage.

Security deposit €5000 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
