This spacious three bedroom townhouse is perfect for rest and relaxation, as you drink in the stunning views of the golf course and ocean beyond from your private balcony. Beachfront Townhouse III is set over three floors and boasts three comfortable suites that allow six guests to relax in style.

Located within the luxurious Praia D'El Rey Resort, guests at this stunning townhouse benefit from access to a whole host of facilities and activities. From watersports to tennis, to the spa and numerous restaurants, there is truly something for everyone at this resort. Beachfront Townhouse III is located less than 300m from the Atlantic Ocean, perfect if you fancy a dip in the refreshing sea. Or if you'd rather stay closer to home, then the condominium pool is metres from the townhouse.

Guests at Beachfront Townhouse III are welcomed into a warm, sociable open-plan living space. Guests can cuddle up on the sofas in the evenings or dine together at the dining table, which is suitable for up to six guests. The kitchen is found to the rear of this open space and is equipped with everything you could need to cook up a feast for the whole group, and the breakfast bar allows you to dine casually or act as sous chef to the head chef of the group! Full height sliding doors open out onto a stunning terrace, from which you can enjoy the wonderful sea views.

Heading to the upper floors, you will find three suites. The master suite is home to a good-sized double bed with its own en-suite bathroom and benefits from access to another terrace. The remaining two bedrooms also boast their own elegant en-suite bathrooms and are home to two single beds, perfect for any younger members of the group.

Ideally located towards the north of Praia D'El Rey Resort, Beachfront Townhouse III makes the most of the wonderful views of the golf course and sea beyond. As the name suggests, the townhouse is within easy walking distance of the beach, but if you don't feel like braving the waves of the Atlantic, then the condominium pool is a little closer and allows you to pop back to the townhouse whenever you like with ease.

Praia D'El Rey Resort is located on Portugal's stunning Silver Coast less than an hour's drive north of Lisbon. With a choice of six restaurants and bars, there is something for everyone no matter what cuisine you fancy. And when you are ready to burn it off, then a range of facilities are available, including a health club, tennis academy, driving range and golf course. Or if you would rather relax and unwind, then the spa is home to nine treatment rooms, a pool, jacuzzi and Turkish bath.

Tours of nearby towns and vineyards can be arranged, or you can hire bikes and explore the local area on your own adventure. If you decide to hire a car, then you can drive to Lisbon or Porto for the day and explore these historic cities. Once the capital of Portugal, Porto's history is both long and varied. Today, the city and the wider region are known for the port produced here as well as the infamous Douro River. Down in Lisbon, wander through the meandering streets and admire the ornate architecture and the traditional music as you explore the sites.

ABOUT THE SILVER COAST

The Silver Coast in Portugal, or Costa de Prata, is a stunning stretch of coastal towns on the western side of Portugal, neighbouring the Atlantic Ocean. The region remains largely unknown and therefore untouched by tourism, meaning those who do visit can bask in the extraordinary “silver” sand.

Another of the many reasons to love the Silver Coast in Portugal is its proximity to Portugal’s major cities. With Lisbon to the south and Porto to the north, the Silver Coast is well situated in between both of Portugal’s largest urban centres. At the same time, it is inexpensive, authentic, and relatively undiscovered.

The Silver Coast is home to some of the best beaches you’ll ever see in Portugal. Since it’s away from the main crowd of the country, the beaches here are wilder and more pristine. Also, being popular for fishing is a great place to try local cuisine and experience the culture.

The cuisine from the Silver Coast in Portugal is some of the finest that Europe has to offer and forms an integral part of the region’s culture. The area has a rich heritage, and tourists love the narrow, picturesque streets of the towns and villages that dot the countryside. The regional agriculture also adds an authentic touch, with numerous small farms, vineyards, windmills as well as fruit trees. Many local farmers grow soft fruits such as grapes, melons, pumpkins, and maize.

With Wi-Fi and television available in the townhouse, older kids can keep up with their friends at home and their favourite TV shows while enjoying all that Portugal's Silver Coast has to offer. A high chair and cot are available upon request, so even the youngest of guests are catered for. And with the choice of three bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathroom, deciding on sleeping arrangements will be a breeze! The two twin bedrooms are ideally suited to siblings or friends to share, while the master suite with double bed and en-suite bathroom is perfect for adults!

Praia D'El Rey Resort has a range of activities available that will keep kids (and kids at heart) entertained for hours. Jump into the Atlantic Ocean and try your hand watersports including kitesurfing, SUP and windsurfing, or head inland and give mountain biking or archery a go! There is even a Kids Club that is open during July and August for those aged between 3 and 12, so you can relax knowing your kids are enjoying your holiday as much as you are.

The tennis academy at the resort boasts seven outdoor courts that are open all year round with coaching and tournaments available for all ages. Or if you would like to give golf a go, then the driving range is a great place to practise before heading out onto the course.

Beyond the resort, the Dino Park is a great educational day out. The park is Portugal's largest outdoor museum and is home to over 120 full-scale animal and dinosaur models. And while some parts of the Silver Coast can be a little rough for kids, although perfect for those that love the surf, there are calmer and safer beaches along the coast that are better suited to little ones.
