The townhouse boasts an open-plan living area and two large bedrooms, perfect for a group of four. Spread over two floors each of the rooms is bright and spacious, with large windows that invite the sunlight to shine in and relaxed furnishings that make it feel homely and comfortable. The main living space is open, with a well-equipped kitchen, living and dining area. The relaxed layout is perfect for social groups, with guests sitting on the sofas while others cook in the kitchen, with chatter flowing throughout the room and the dining table waiting for you to all gather around for evening meals. The two bedrooms are both large enough for you to enjoy quiet moments alone or as a couple, resting up before another day of adventures. We promise there is nothing better after a long day of surfing and activities than climbing into bed and resting your weary eyes! There is a balcony and a terrace so you can enjoy private moments in the sun, reading your book or enjoying an evening aperitif before heading out to one of the local restaurants for a delicious meal.
Children will love the Resort's kids club, while adults can enjoy the spa and health centre. There is an indoor heated swimming pool and a large outdoor pool for you to appreciate, as well as the extensive gardens and of course the renowned golf course. Known as one of the most stunning courses in Europe, this 18-hole course is a great golfing challenge, with beautiful fairways and sea views to keep you happy. The beach is just a short walk from the townhouse, perfect for a morning swim, getting you ready for an afternoon of bodyboarding and surfing. There truly is something for everyone, the perfect spot to enjoy the magical culture of the beautiful coast.

Ocean Townhouse II is located in the northern part of the Resort, just a short stroll from the beautiful beach. There is parking and security for your convenience, making your stay as comfortable and as possible. Guests have access to the condominium's pool as well as the other Resort pools, perfect for a cool off after working up a sweat on the tennis courts.
If you want to take a break from cooking, the Resort boasts six delicious restaurants, from the poolside bar to sophisticated eateries, there is something for every occasion. The Maré restaurant just a quick walk from the apartment, serving up fresh seafood with a breath-taking sea view!
If you pack your clubs, you can play a round of golf, making your way around Europe's most stunning golf course, located within the Resort itself. The course opened on the 14th June 1997, with lush fairways and sweeping sea views sometimes it is a struggle to concentrate on your game! Designed by the renowned American golf architect Cabell B.Robinson with deep bunkers, sloping greens and sandy dunes it is the ultimate golfing challenge.
With a clubhouse, spa, health centre, kids club and luscious gardens for you to enjoy, the location is great for active and relaxing holidays alike. You can book almost any activity you can think of from the Resort, including tours through the surrounding towns and sites. With the Peniche coastline famous for surfing and bodyboarding, and the Óbidos Lagoon offering perfect conditions for watersports, you can enjoy the adventures of a lifetime.

ABOUT THE SILVER COAST
The Silver Coast in Portugal, or Costa de Prata, is a stunning stretch of coastal towns on the western side of Portugal, neighbouring the Atlantic Ocean. The region remains largely unknown and therefore untouched by tourism, meaning those who do visit can bask in the extraordinary “silver” sand.
Another of the many reasons to love the Silver Coast in Portugal is its proximity to Portugal’s major cities. With Lisbon to the south and Porto to the north, the Silver Coast is well situated in between both of Portugal’s largest urban centres. At the same time, it is inexpensive, authentic, and relatively undiscovered.
The Silver Coast is home to some of the best beaches you’ll ever see in Portugal. Since it’s away from the main crowd of the country, the beaches here are wilder and more pristine. Also, being popular for fishing is a great place to try local cuisine and experience the culture.

This spacious townhouse looks out on the Resort gardens and into the condominium, providing a tranquil outlook for your stay. Located within the Praia D'El Rey Golf and Beach Resort, kids have access to all of the Resort facilities, including swimming pools, tennis courts and a golf course that kids will love.
The ocean townhouse boasts two spacious bedrooms and a fabulous open-plan living area. The layout is great for families, with a social living space where you can all spend time together, chatting and laughing each day away and planning out each day of adventures. The kitchen has everything you need to cook the kid's favourites, or you can all take a night off taking the little ones to one of the Resort's restaurants for a delicious meal. For relaxed lunches, the poolside bar is the perfect spot, with kids rushing in and out of the swimming pool while you all enjoy a meal together. The twin bedroom is great for siblings to share, and there is a balcony and terrace where they can spend time outdoors, enjoying moments in the sunshine before heading out to explore the Resort.
There is a kids club within the Resort, running from June until September. With a full programme of activities and games for kids between the ages of 3 and 12 years, they will have endless fun, making friends each day and memories to last years! Children can be enrolled in the club for 5€ per hour, or there are multiple day passes available as well.
If your kids enjoy being outside, then the Silver Coast is the best place to be. You can arrange surf lessons and rent bodyboards, exploring the beaches in a new light, maybe even learning something new with your children. The Óbidos lagoon offers the best conditions for watersports, with sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and kite surfing on offer, kids can enjoy a different sport each day. There is also the Dino Park to explore with full-scale models of dinosaurs and other animals for you to see. For the most competitive in your group, paintballing and archery is a great choice!
