Villa Nara is a spacious villa located in a village called Belverde, a quiet residential area of Lisbon outskirts. With a private pool and fantastic facilities available, this villa provides everything guests need to switch off and enjoy a memorable holiday. Villa Nara is a charming nine-bedroom villa that sleeps 18, and is ideal for large groups of friends or families travelling together. The villa provides a fantastic home away from home for those looking to spend some quality time in the sun with loved ones.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of prep space and appliances, as well as a large living and dining room with a pool table that can be converted into an additional dining table for 10 people. Downstairs, there is also a double bedroom and a room with bunk beds, as well as a large bathroom, a gym and a laundry room. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, three twin rooms and three bathrooms. On the second floor, there are a further two bedrooms and a large bathroom. Two of the bedrooms also have sofa beds (upon request). All nine bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and stylishly decorated; the bathrooms are also modern, well-equipped and finished to a high standard.
Outside, there is a private heated swimming pool, a fantastic outdoor dining area, an outdoor TV with loudspeakers, table tennis, table football, three hammocks, and a basketball hoop. Around the swimming pool, guests will find no shortage of sun loungers where they can switch off and read a good book. The outdoor dining facilities mean that guests can prepare and enjoy delicious alfresco meals. Located very close to the villa is the Aroeira Golf Resort, where guests have access to two 18-hole championship golf courses, four tennis courts, a spa and a healthcare centre, a communal tropical swimming pool, a playground, a shopping centre, bars, snack-bars and restaurants. The property is also a short distance from beautiful surrounding beaches and a selection of restaurants.

About the surrounding area of Villa NaraNestled in a pretty spot on the Lisbon Coast within easy reach of the Aroeira Golf resort, Villa Nara is just 5km away from the beautiful beaches of Lisbon coast, and 23km from Lisbon city itself. Guests are also within easy access of supermarkets and restaurants, approximately 700m away. The closest beach to the villa is Praia Fonte da Telha; known for its golden sands this beach tends to be less crowded and has incredible sand dunes, a high bar and water sports.
Aroeira Golf resort is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica, to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports. At the resort, guests have access to two 18 hole championship golf courses. There are tennis courts, spa, health centre and playground as well as restaurants and shops. The resort boasts a stretch of thirty kilometres of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal; whether it be the lively and buzzing beach at the village of Costa da Caparica, to the more wild and rugged beaches at the southern end of the stretch, visitors will not be short of choice.
This region of Portugal is ideal for water sports enthusiasts, whether it be canoeing, snorkelling, diving or surfing, the area is a water lovers’ paradise. The beauty of the Lisbon coast is that it provides a breezy escape from the capital, whilst being home to some of Portugal’s historic jewels, which attract thousands of visitors: the ancient walled town of Obidos, the 12th century monastery at at Alcobaca, the Catholic pilgrimage site of Fatima, and the fairytale palaces of Sintra. Estoril is where Ian Fleming took inspiration for the James Bond books, offers whitewashed and cobbled charm which will take you back in time; the marina is where the well-heels moor their yachts, while the town’s casinos provide quick action.
Lisbon itself, just 25km away, is a vibrant and colourful city with a fascinating history; the town is rich with museums, monuments and a lively waterfront with bars and many restaurants showcasing a blend of traditional and contemporary architecture.

THE REGION
Only 25 km from Lisbon, located in a protected pine woodland and close to the coastal town of Caparica, Aroeira is a unique estate comprising two golf courses. Aroeira offers golfers the perfect combination of a championship course set amidst exuberant natural surroundings.
The closest beach from Aroeira is Fonte de Telha. It is a pretty good spot for Surfers, and you will also find several choices of beach bars and restaurants to go to. The beach also offers free showers located right at the entrance near the main path in front of the parking spaces and the mini market.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Nara has a host of activities that should keep both kids and adults busy, including a pool table, outdoor table tennis and table football. The pool will provide hours of fun, and children will enjoy dining outside. Outside of the villa, the Aroeira Golf resort also provides ample activities for children of all ages; tennis, golf, a playground and a communal pool are on offer; kids will be spoilt for choice!
The beaches along the Lisbon coast are known for their rugged beauty; with around twenty golden beaches to choose from, guests are spoilt for choice. The region is dense with activities including canoeing, sailing, riding and water sports. From smaller children to teens, whether it be tennis, swimming, trekking or discovering historical sites, there is something for everyone.
Boat trips on the Sado Estuary - the river that separates the regional capital of Setubal from the Troja Peninsula - a tapestry of bright salt flats and aquamarine water are a great family activity. Children will delight in the flocks of flamingoes and dolphins who hunt and breed in its fish-rich waters.
