This six-bedroom villa is located in the attractive Aroeira Golf Resort and is beautifully surrounded by nature. With six bedrooms set across three floors, the charming Villa Isaura boasts white walls, a lush green garden and has beautiful blue skies that provide an idyllic backdrop, perfectly emulating a tropical paradise.
The sizeable outdoor pool lies in front of the villa’s entrance and has stone steps leading down into the clear, relaxing water. Guests will enjoy catching sun rays on one of the ten sun lounges before drying off in the well-kept grass covering the garden.
Trees delicately grow up the front pillars of the villa and give way to a large patio complete with wild roses and plants. The patio contains a barbecue and various seating including a swinging chair that hangs from the ceiling, excellent for social gatherings and dining alfresco.
At Villa Isaura, the inside and outside areas merge. Glass windows and doors used across the living areas bring in a bright and endless natural light, from the sun in the daytime and from the moon at night.
A tasteful design can be appreciated throughout Villa Isaura; contemporary artworks are paired with chic furniture while houseplants and flowers adorn the living areas.
Artistic sculptures and ornaments make this property an attractive and stylish home. All of the bedrooms are decorated in soft and minimal colours and are airy and bright with beautiful views of the garden and landscape.

About the surrounding area of Villa IsauraVilla Isaura is located in the Aroeira resort nearby the coastal town of Caparica. For travellers looking to explore some of the region’s history, the Roman Ruins of Troia are a magnificent site.
They are the ruins of a small fish salting factory that dates all the way back to the 1st and 2nd centuries. The ruins used to play an integral part in how Rome produced food for their citizens and how the country traded salted fish.
The ruins are ideal for hiking in a while discovering history. Visitors will get to explore the salting factory, the vast cemetery, a mausoleum and the baths. There is also a catamaran available from Sétubal that provides views of a portion of the ruins.
Costa da Caparica is only a 20-minute drive from Villa Isaura, a resort town that is bustling at the weekends and relaxing during the week. During the daytime, visitors will be delighted to see fishing boats selling freshly caught fish that can be tasted in the great selection of restaurants in the town.
At night, the lively resort town comes to life with exciting and buzzing beach parties. The beaches of the area are also famous for surfing as they contain endless large waves.
Fonta da Telha is another excellent beach only a 10-minute drive from the villa. Situated in the middle of vast and charming woodland, Fonta da Telha is the place to go for a family beach day.
The beach possesses great deep white sand and crystal-clear sea water. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available to hire, and tasty cocktails are served at the fantastic beach bar.

THE REGION
Only 25 km from Lisbon, located in a protected pine woodland and close to the coastal town of Caparica, Aroeira is a unique estate comprising two golf courses. Aroeira offers golfers the perfect combination of a championship course set amidst exuberant natural surroundings.
The closest beach from Aroeira is Fonte de Telha. It is a pretty good spot for Surfers, and you will also find several choices of beach bars and restaurants to go to. The beach also offers free showers located right at the entrance near the main path in front of the parking spaces and the mini market.

Get away with friends
Tucked away and very private yet super close to beaches and beach bars/restaurants. Portugal blew our minds and having a home away from home was the cherry on the pie. Particularly during these covid times when you have to wear masks in hotels – no need to do that in a private villa.

Great place to stay near Lisbon
We were family members who stayed here for one week in the end of June. When arriving the villa we were met by the villa manager Miguel, who was extremely kind and helpful. During the stay he was available to answer questions and solve any issues on a very short notice. The house is perfect for both families, couples and friends. There is a lot of space, all amenities. It is beautiful and has open spaces and large private rooms. We would definetly return. As others mention, there is no A/C, but we kept the windows/doors open and used a simple fan in the bedroom, and it was fine. The villa is in a very upscale and calm neighbourhood. 3 minutes drive to the nearest Aldi, 15-20 minutes to a large shopping center. 20-25 minutes to central Lisbon.

First Class Service
Myself and 11 other golfers booked to play at the courses surrounding this villa, the communication upon booking was second to none. Any questions or requests we had were responded to same day and put our minds at ease. The accommodation is beautiful and very spacious. This is certainly value for money and we will definitely be returning. If I had any critiques at all it would only be the bedrooms are not air conditioned and it does get very stuffy during the hot season. That being said it did not affect our stay and we absolutely loved it. First class service. Thank you for your hospitality.

Spacious villa with good outdoor eating area.
We were a family group of 16 and the Villa had plenty of space for all the us. The outside area was a great place to eat and entertain. Allure Villas was a pleasure to work with, and Miguel was very accommodating to us. We would all like to thank Alberto the chef and his friend, for his delicious food and making our party night such a memorable one.
