Overlooking the "Old Course" in Vilamoura, Villa Bugan is a spacious and modern holiday home within the Algarve. This lovely, ideally positioned four-bedroom villa sleeps up to eight guests, and is the perfect choice for big groups of friends, family or multiple couples wanting to spend some time together in the gorgeous Algarve. This stunning house has a modern and stylish finish, providing the perfect home-away-from-home for guests.
The interior is decorated with a traditional Portuguese style, and the kitchen, living and dining areas are all set in a convenient open-plan space, allowing guests to socialise together. The spacious kitchen features a breakfast table, as well as plenty of prep space and state-of-the-art appliances. The spacious lounge also provides plenty of comfortable seating for guests to relax together and watch a movie.
There are three twin bedrooms on the ground floor (can be converted to double upon request), each with their own private bathrooms, one of which has been adapted for wheelchair access. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom suite with a double bed and private bathroom with bathtub. The bedrooms and bathrooms have all been finished to a high standard, creating a private haven for guests to relax and get a good nights’ sleep.
Outside, a sparkling blue oval pool sits centre-stage among the large and perfectly manicured lawn. Guests will find plenty of sun lounges to relax on, and the large garden area is perfect for outdoor play. There is also a lovely outdoor dining area and BBQ where guests can prepare and enjoy al fresco delicious meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also private parking for two cars if guests wish to hire a car. Praia da Falésia beach is located just 5km away, and the shops, bars and restaurants of Vilamoura are located very close by. With its impressive facilities, stunning views and peaceful surroundings, Villa Bugan has everything guests need to relax in absolute tranquillity.

About the surrounding area of Villa BuganThis fantastic villa sits in a peaceful and private residential neighbourhood of Vilamoura, a very popular destination for families and friends. A host of prestigious yachts & boats swarm the Marina, which spills onto a strip of stylish bars, locally renowned restaurants and a casino. Whether you are looking for a romantic or luxurious vacation, for water sports fans and golfers or for nature lovers and seasoned travellers, there is something for everyone. Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia - two alluringly sandy beaches, can also be found a short distance away from the villa.
Vilamoura has a fabulous reputation amongst golf enthusiasts and has a number of championship courses to choose from (Oceanico Old Course, Oceanico Laguna Course, Oceanico Millenium Course, Oceanico Pinhal Course, and Pestana Vila Sol Golf Course). Vilamoura also has over fifty tennis courts for you to choose from, as well as numerous water-sports centres scattered within the town; guests can enjoy anything from snorkelling to boat trips.
Guests will be truly spoilt for choice when it comes to picking a restaurant to eat at; the Algarve is known for its wonderful food and diverse cuisine, and there are countless restaurants in and around Vilamoura, for all price ranges. Be sure to visit Marufo 1 (famously known as the chicken shack), the number one spot for authentic Portuguese Piri Piri chicken! Vale De Lobo, an equally sought-after location, is also very close to Vilamoura and offers fantastic shopping, dining and activities.
Historic tours: The Roman ruins of Cerro da Vila are worth a visit, with the remains of two residences and baths, the atrium, dams, fishing stations and necropolis. There are several beaches nearby offering a selection of powdery sand beaches attracting travellers, swimmers, boating and fishing aficionados and waters sports enthusiasts. Guests can go on fishing adventures, underwater diving escapades, sunset cruises and quad bikes tours.

THE REGION
Vilamoura has been a glamorous town ever since Roman time. Its rich history is still palpable as you walk its streets, coming upon Roman Baths and ancient murals all around town. These days, Vilamoura is still a high-class destination although it has certainly kept up with the times. Yachts dock at the large marina and travellers galavant the seaside strip hopping between bars, restaurants and the dazzling casino.
The local championship courses naturally attract a crowd of golf enthusiasts as well, and there is a large selection of other sports to enjoy in the area (including those best played out in the water). There is certainly no need to ever be bored in Vilamoura, but if it’s ultimate relaxation you’re after you won’t be disappointed. The town is alluringly close to Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia, where the golden sand and hot Mediterranean sun is just about never-ending.

Best Suited For: All AgesThe lovely garden area provides plenty of space for children to play outdoors, and the pool will provide hours of splashy fun, with sun-loungers available for you to keep a close eye on the little ones.
The family-friendly environment of the Algarve means that children are welcomed wherever they go. There are plenty of children’s play areas and activities in Vilamoura, including golf, tennis, diving, canoeing, cycling and sailing boat rental. This villa is based very close to Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia, making it the perfect location for beach excursions.
There is the fantastic Zoomarine waterpark located close by in Guia; with several restaurants on the complex and plenty of green space to kick back, mums and dads can have a well-earned break while the kids amuse themselves on the big wheel, log flume and pirate ship: the ideal way to spend a day out. Slide and Splash, located in Estômbar, is full of spiralling water chutes and slides as well as river rapids and a giant jacuzzi. Aquashow another waterpark, located in Quarteira, also offers bird of prey and parrot shows, mini golf and a wax museum.
Visit Krazy World Zoo in Algoz, where there are not only animals to look at but lots of activities to get involved in too. Feeding times are always popular, as are the reptile shows. Kids can have a go at pony riding, play mini golf, take a dip in the tropical pools or enjoy some time at the little funfair. It is easy to spend a whole day at this popular attraction. For the speed demons, there is a fun go-karting centre located very close to Vilamoura!

Villa Bugan
The villa was spacious and easy for wheelchair accessibility overall. On further request the pool was heated to the desirable temperature needed for our disabled Son to enjoy.
