The first floor welcomes you with a spacious living room adorned with air conditioning, featuring two plush sofas, an inviting armchair, and a TV with international channels. A dining table with comfortable chairs completes the ensemble, offering a cosy space for shared meals and entertainment. Also on this floor are two tastefully appointed bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—both sharing a well-appointed bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. The adjacent kitchen, generously proportioned and air-conditioned, boasts modern amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.
Ascending to the second floor, guests will discover two more beautifully designed bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin singles. A spacious bathroom on this level boasts twin sinks, a walk-in shower, a bidet, and a toilet. Each bedroom across both floors is equipped with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and sliding doors that open onto a balcony - wonderful spaces for soaking up the sun, enjoying a morning cuppa, or indulging in pre-dinner drinks.
Located on the basement/garden level is Villa Arade's fifth bedroom, which features two single beds, making it ideal for older kids, teens or friends who want to share. You'll also find an additional bathroom with a shower, along with a laundry room complete with a washing machine and a versatile playroom stocked with games, books, and a ping-pong table for added entertainment.
Villa Arade's outside spaces are just as glorious, featuring an 8x4-metre saltwater pool, complemented by an electric pool cover ensuring comfortable temperatures in spring and autumn. An outdoor shower, swing, rocking chair, and garden tables with chairs surround the pool, while a fixed barbecue and sink create a perfect spot for alfresco dining overlooking the pool. At the front of the villa, two parking spaces on private property provide convenient parking for your vehicles.

THE REGION
Portimão is the largest city in the western Algarve and was traditionally a centre for shipbuilding, sardine fishing and fish processing. Today, most of that industry has been replaced by tourism, leisure and retail, leaving Portimão as a large and residential city. Perhaps the most attractive part of the town is the riverfront which runs from the marina to beyond the road bridge. There are several squares along this stretch, which become increasingly less touristy as you head away from the marina.
Of course, Portimão is probably best known for the fantastic beach of Praia da Rocha. Located about 3 km south of the town, this is one of the most impressive stretches of sand on the Algarve coast. Take a trip up the Rio Arade and explore the local area, or get out and active in the sunshine.
