Pine Cliffs Townhouse IV provides a large space which you and your group can call home during your stay. At Pine Cliffs Townhouse IV you have the choice to do as much or as little as you like in and around the resort. With a fully-equipped kitchen at your disposal, you can make delicious home cooked meals at your townhouse or head into the resort to dine at one of their nine spectacular restaurants.
When dining at the townhouse, you have your own dining area perfectly decorated in the style of a traditional Portuguese home. Your living space is a spacious living room complete with woven furniture, a television and a fireplace. Pine Cliffs Townhouse IV features high-speed internet so guests can stream and play games to their heart’s content.
On your balcony or terrace you’ll find BBQ facilities as well as another dining area, perfect for al fresco meals in the evening breeze.
You have your choice of four bedrooms, two of which feature double beds and two which feature twin single beds. For couples, the single beds can be pushed together to form a double bed. Pine Cliffs Townhouse IV has four bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite, giving guests ample space throughout their stay.
With so much space on offer, Pine Cliffs Townhouse IV can comfortably accommodate groups of up to nine adults or eight adults and two children.
Across the wider resort, you have your pick of eight freshwater swimming pools and one heated indoor pool. The beach is accessible via a guest lift, saving you having to walk up and down the cliffs to get to the beach each day. On the beach Pine Cliffs Resort provides an elegant beach club, complete with water sport facilities and a bar and restaurant.
A nine-hole golf course wraps itself around the resort along with football pitches and tennis courts which guests can use at their leisure.

On days you wish to explore the surrounding area, getting is easy. Your nearest town, charmingly called ‘Beach Town’ by the locals is just ten minutes down the cliffside with its own shops, bars and restaurants to discover and patron. Further away Vilamoura is your typical seaside resort with lots of activities on offer, whereas Albufeira offers a more laid-back approach with a world of history on its doorstep. In the surrounding area you can visit castles, walk along the clifftops and discover ancient Roman ruins around the region.

Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesPine Cliffs Townhouse IV is the perfect choice for families with kids of all ages. With lots of sports and activities to get involved in around Pine Cliffs Resort, the only thing kids will be worried about is what to try next.
When staying at Pine Cliffs Resort, you have two kids’ clubs you can use. Porto Pirata is designed for children up to the age of eight, with large playgrounds and age-appropriate games and activities throughout the day. The Junior Club, is a little more adventurous as it caters to children between eight and thirteen, with activities like bubble football and crossbow shooting.
Sports facilities are all around the resort with football courts and tennis courts available at your leisure for some family-friendly competition.
On the beach, the beach club offers plenty of water-based activities kids can get involved in, like snorkelling, surfing, kayaking, Jet Ski rides and banana boats.
Day trips and excursions are easy to book, a popular one being a boat trip around the Algarve’s coastal caves where kids can enjoy exploring these magnificent formations and watching the dolphins play in the sea as you sail by.
You’re also just a short drive away from Aqualand, the area’s largest outdoor waterpark. For a day of adventure in the water, Aqualand features everything big and little kids alike need to enjoy a day out at the park. From adrenaline pumping waterslides to the calm of the lazy river, Aqualand is sure to be a hit.

CORPORATE EVENTS
Located in a central area of the lushly landscaped resort grounds, our impressive 2,184 square metres of conference facilities offer 13 elegant function rooms, which may accommodate up to 700 people. Pine Cliffs Hotel, a Luxury Collection Resort, offers 217 guest elegant guest rooms and the Pine Cliffs Ocean Suites offers 148 accomodation units. Additional accommodation is avaialble at the Pine Cliffs Residence, a Luxury Collection Resort and Pine Cliffs Gardens.
The resort's conference centre has 13 function rooms totaling 2184 m2. The meeting rooms can be devided to suit small and large groups.
With over 72 hectares, the resort allows to enjoy open air functions, panoramic views over the Altantic Ocean and direct access to Falésia beach.
RETREATS
Pine Cliffs Resort is the perfect gateway for a luxury group wellness retreat to nourish the mind, body and soul of all the participants. The Resort will be pleased to tailor made a proposal and make suggestions according to each group preferences. Their wellness experts will provide support and guidance during all the process of organization and during the stay dates.
