Your living space features rustic woven furniture, giving the townhouse a truly homely feel for cosy nights spent watching a movie while the fireplace crackles.
Your fully-equipped kitchen and dining area make the perfect place to enjoy laid-back home cooked meals. On your terrace, or balcony, you’ll also find BBQ facilities for casual bites and a further dining space for enjoying al fresco dining in the evening breeze.
Pine Cliffs Townhouse III’s offers one bedroom with a double bed and two rooms twin single beds, however the twin beds can easily be pushed together to make a double if you wish. Your townhouse has three bathrooms to use, one of which is an en-suite. From your balcony, or terrace, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy unrivalled views overlooking Pine Cliffs Resort’s perfectly tended gardens.
Pine Cliffs Townhouse III is spacious and well-planned out, comfortably accommodating groups of up to seven adults or six adults and two children.
Additional facilities include high-speed internet, laundry facilities and 24-hour room service for days when you want to eat in but don’t want to cook for yourselves.
Pine Cliffs Resort itself is an exclusive holiday resort sprawled over 179 acres and built on dramatic red sandstone cliffs which the resort takes its name from. The resort is situated between Albufeira and Vilamoura on Portugal’s south coast, both of which are just a short drove away by car or taxi.

Best Suited For: All AgesStaying at Pine Cliffs Townhouse III with kids is a walk in the park, with a huge choice of activities happening each day right on-site. Pine Cliffs Resort is dedicated to welcoming holidaymakers of all ages with a dedicated programme of activities in place for younger guests. Kids can spend their days at one of two kids’ clubs, one dedicated to young kids (under 8s) and one for tweens and teens (8 – 13). Each club puts on a host of age-appropriate activities that are guaranteed to keep littles ones engaged and entertained while parents enjoy some well-deserved R&R.
With activities ranging from team sports, mini golf, face painting and story time for younger guests and more adventurous activities like crossbow shooting for older kids, there’s always something to get involved with at the kids’ club.
At the beach club, Pine Cliffs Resort provides a number of activities kids can try their hand at including water activities like kayaking, snorkelling, windsurfing and banana boat rides.
For a day out filled with fun, Aqualand, a huge waterpark, is only 20 minutes away by car just outside of Albufeira. With white-knuckle waterslides, a lazy river, river rapids, wave pool and more, Aqualand is a guaranteed hit with kids of all ages.
You can also enjoy days out in both Albufeira and Vilamoura where you can visit shops, bars, restaurants and learn more about the region. Albufeira is home to several sites of historic interest, like the ruins of an ancient roman villa.

Located in a central area of the lushly landscaped resort grounds, our impressive 2,184 square metres of conference facilities offer 13 elegant function rooms, which may accommodate up to 700 people. Pine Cliffs Hotel, a Luxury Collection Resort, offers 217 guest elegant guest rooms and the Pine Cliffs Ocean Suites offers 148 accomodation units. Additional accommodation is avaialble at the Pine Cliffs Residence, a Luxury Collection Resort and Pine Cliffs Gardens.
The resort's conference centre has 13 function rooms totaling 2184 m2. The meeting rooms can be devided to suit small and large groups.
With over 72 hectares, the resort allows to enjoy open air functions, panoramic views over the Altantic Ocean and direct access to Falésia beach.
RETREATS
Pine Cliffs Resort is the perfect gateway for a luxury group wellness retreat to nourish the mind, body and soul of all the participants.
