The Villa is situated in one of the more quiet areas of Quinta do Lago, ensuring you and your guests will have a peaceful stay. A glorious view overlooks the hills and coastline, which is quite a spectacle during dusk.

The outdoor space is incredibly accommodating to a large party of guests and includes ten deck chairs surrounding a kidney fashioned swimming pool and two seating areas. After making good use of the barbecue, which is built onto the exterior of the kitchen, you can plate-up on a dining table that is shielded by a pergola.

If you are trying to catch the remainder of the days sunshine, take a seat on the outdoor corner sofa and enjoy the inspiring view with a refreshing drink. To top this all off, an ample games room can be discovered under the pool area.

This modern villa has an open floor plan. The kitchen is stocked with all the crucial appliances and is fitted with a sleek black marbled counter. It leads into the living and dining spaces, which are well lit during the day by the sliding doors that accommodate the spectacular sunrise.

The ground floor has an en-suite double bedroom and an en-suite bedroom with two double beds, leading to the poolside. As you come up the stairs, the bedroom on the left side has a double bed, and the bedroom on the right has two double beds.

Both bedrooms share a bathroom, as well as access to a terrace with pool and ocean views. The master bedroom concludes the layout of the first floor.

It is ample space with a king bed and a plush Chaise Longue, from which you can enjoy the scenic view through sliding doors that lead onto a balcony. Although Villa Milreu has five bedrooms, it is capable of sleeping up to fourteen.

Quinta Do Lago is considered to be one of the more impressive resorts along the Algarve. The estate is noted for its golf courses, tennis facilities and the well renowned Quinta shopping scene.

This suitable family destination is conveniently positioned by many lakes and is a short drive from the beach, where seasonal water sports are offered.

While on the sea-front, there is a selection of dining experiences to be enjoyed. With Albufeira, Olhao and Vilamoura being easily reachable by car, there is an abundance of activities for a group of holidaymakers.

The numerous freshwater lakes and lagoons draw a considerable amount of migrant and inhabitant birds. This makes this destination ideal for bird watchers or those who admire an array of beautiful birds, including Flamingos.

Additionally, the Ria Formosa Natural Park is a few miles west of Faro and a half an hour drive from Quinta do Lago.

THE REGION

Estoi is a fascinating little town hidden away a few kilometres from the Algarve coastline. It makes for a perfect home base while exploring the region, although there is not much going on in the village itself.

Estoi is simple and picturesque, with cobbled streets, whitewashed houses and terracotta roofs. You can begin your exploration of the region’s history right here with the Palácio de Estoi, an exquisite rose-coloured rococo palace which is open to the public and nowadays run as a hotel.

Close by there are also the ruins of a Roman villa dating all the way back to the 2nd century AD. But most of what you’ll be doing in the village of Estoi is relaxing and looking on as local life goes around you, as well as travelling to explore the Algarve on your own terms.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €750 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included in the rental price, extra €3 per towel to to be paid with the balance.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 4 nights during low season.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €30 per day (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
