Villa Jula is a beautiful modern home in the heart of the Algarve. The villa’s homely décor is stylish and practical making for the perfect home from home for families or friends looking to explore the regions fantastic sites. Villa Jula can accommodate up to twelve guests across its six bedrooms and has some fantastic features like a private pool, home cinema and spacious outdoor area. It really is the ideal location for a relaxing break with your loved ones.
The villa has a modern interior with aged wood ceilings and furniture throughout the property, providing warmth and comfort, this has been elegantly mixed with modern lighting and fixtures, delivering a stylish space. The ground floor is home to a large living room with a spacious corner sofa, plenty big enough for all the guests to relax in comfort. A feature fireplace, access to the terrace and a large television make this a multi-functional room great in all seasons and times of the day. Stepping through to the kitchen, cooks will love the open-plan space. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and has everything needed for cooking some fantastic meals at home.
Opposite the kitchen island is the dining area, the long table is the ideal gathering place for guests and provides a warm atmosphere for social occasions. There is also a separate bar area with additional seating where guests can enjoy a glass of wine together or a quick breakfast. The ground floor is also home to the master bedroom; this stylish room has an en-suite bathroom making for a real treat!
The first floor houses a further four bedrooms, and each is a double bedroom with plenty of storage space for those that cannot decide what to pack! The bedrooms share two spacious bathrooms and are lovely spaces to enjoy a little privacy during the stay. The remaining bedroom is twin single bedroom and can be found in the lower ground floor. Next door to this bedroom is the villa’s home cinema, with large sofas and a huge projector making for the perfect movie night.
The villa’s outdoor spaces are really fantastic for a relaxing day around the villa, and the private pool is a standout feature, surrounded by sunbeds it is a dream for the wonderful summers in the Algarve. There is also a pool house with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and outdoor dining area to make the most of the space. A particularly popular feature is the covered terrace beside the pool house, with plenty of soft seating and a fireplace, you and your loved ones can chat long into the night, spending real quality time together.
What you should know…

- There is easy entrance int the pool for little eons or less able guests, but there is no fence around it, so little ones may need to be kept an eye on.
- There are construction works near the villa, and this has been reflected in the rate.

A private haven, perfect for the eco-conscious, this stylish villa slots into the local landscape, built with sustainability in mind and offering guests the chance to enjoy local life as well as some peace and quiet!
The villa is surrounded by nature, just minutes from town and the Algarve’s most stunning beaches Praia da Marinha and Praia da Benagil. Located at the heart of the Algarve, guests can enjoy everything from the gorgeous coastline to the beautiful Monchique hills. For a day on the beach, there are endless strips of sand to choose from, all within a short drive or for the energetic a 45-minute walk away. Praia da Marinha is just a 15-minute drive where you can take in the dramatic views from the clifftops on a trekking trail. From the pristine beach a cave leads you through to the 'hidden' Praia do Buraco!
Although there are a few facilities in the immediate area, the best shops and restaurants can be found a short drive away in Carvoeiro. Once a small fishing village, Carvoeiro has developed into a popular tourist town that boasts banks, restaurants, shops and a post office. From the town a clifftop boardwalk takes you to the Algar Seco rock formation and you can arrange a boat tour, gaining a different perspective on the rocky landscapes that make up this beautiful coastline.
Well known for its excellent wines and delicious food, we would always recommend exploring the Algarve’s popular gastronomy! From fresh seafood to Portuguese delicacies, there are plenty of dining opportunities to entice every guest, or you can always purchase some freshly caught seafood, preparing it back at the villa yourselves!
From the laid-back vibes of sea-side towns and beaches nearby to the busy nightlife and bustling streets of Albufiera just 30-minutes away, Villa Stefania offers a fantastic base for exploring all the vibrancy the Algarve has to offer. Be it a family holiday in the sun or a catch-up with good friends, there is something for every occasion.

THE REGION
Carvoeiro has always been known for its beautiful coastline, adorned with cliffs, coves and incredible sandy beaches stretching all the way along to Albufeira. These days, however, there is a lot more going on in this charming town than just waves hitting the sand (although that’s certainly still a highlight).
In the past few years Carvoeiro has developed to accommodate for the growing number of tourists who are curious to see what the fuzz is all about, and the town continues to get livelier and livelier each summer. While it has kept its character and remains exquisitely peaceful, there are also plenty of modern amenities and loads of exciting activities in the area. The only thing Carvoeiro won’t provide is a good party, but there are other parts of the Algarve which are perfect for that.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Jula is a delightful home for families looking to stay in the Algarve. The villa has fantastic features that both older and younger children are sure to love, with all the practical facilities that make travelling as a family as easy as possible. The washing machine and dryer are simple touches that make all the difference with little ones; there is also a cot and highchair available upon request. The villa’s cinema room is an ideal way to keep the kids occupied in the evening, after a delicious meal as a family set them up with an old favourite as the adults continue to enjoy chatting into the night. During the day the private pool is sure to bring plenty of laughter to the whole family, watch the kids splash around in the cool water and play games of Marco Polo and compete in holding their breath underwater. Older children might enjoy a little sunbathing with a book in hand on one of the many comfortable sun loungers available.
The local area is extremely well suited for families visiting, a popular destination for families, the restaurants and activities are perfectly suited to kids having a great time as well as adults. The restaurants are accustomed to children with highchairs and children’s menus readily available in most places. The beaches are also exceptionally well suited for children, Vale de Centeanes beach has ‘Blue Flag’ status, ensuring the highest safety standard, with seasonal lifeguards also available, you can rest assured knowing the children can play safely in the beautiful seawater. There are many fun activities available for families to enjoy the beach. Kayaking and stand up paddle boarding have become increasingly popular activities for everyone to try out. But there is also a range of water sports like surfing and kiting that older children might love to try.
Slide & Splash is just a ten-minute drive from the villa and is a haven for families to have a great day of fun. The water park has a wide range of activities to suit all ages, with gentle foam rides for little ones and faster options for older children and adults!
With idyllic beaches well suited to families and plenty of fun day trips all accessible from the villa, there is every opportunity to have a wonderful holiday with your family and create some lasting memories.
