Brand new and thus featuring top-of-the-range clean-lined designs and furnishing, these waterfront twin villas feature all you need to ensure your stay is as sublime as your settings, with gorgeous views of the sea, mighty mountains and the twinkling Bay from both indoors and outside!
The villas are reflections of each other and are joined by a spectacular terrace outside. Indoors, the villas provide undeniably chic settings for you to enjoy an escape from the mundane and routine of day-to-day life! Recline with guests of your house on the plump L-shaped sofas and admire the spectacular views of the environment through floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors! Light up the fireplace to make the evenings even more tender or bask in glorious natural sunlight throughout the windows and doors whilst you watch a show or movie on the television!
As guests recline on the plush seats and socialise, the cooks amongst the crew can work their magic with fresh produce the land has to offer and serve an almighty feast. Villa Zbor ensures that you dine in glamour with alfresco dining tables able to accommodate both sets of guests as the sun sets across the majestic sea!
Choose from eight spacious bedrooms, equipped with en-suite facilities and snuggly double beds where you can sleep like a baby! Each bedroom also offers access to the terrace and face the sea, so you can wake up and sleep to enchanting vistas!
With the two villas accommodating a whopping sixteen guests, Villa Zbor pushes capacity to the limit with the inclusion of a sophisticated apartment on the grounds. Guests here may find it hard to join in with guests in the two main villas, as you can chef up meals in another fully-equipped kitchen and devour them on the dining table here. Another living area will keep guests here entertained and the bedroom houses a double bed with en-suite facilities!
Outdoors, there is more splendour to ensure you have an unforgettable vacation! After dining alfresco, choose from multiple seating areas with cushioned stylish seats on the patio and terraces above. For true relaxation, a scattering of sun-loungers can provide opportunities to reach bliss amongst idyllic settings with or without the shade of a parasol. For true cooling relief from the climate, the massive pool ensures nearly all the guests can take a dip and swim for as long as they want! This humble Balkan country packs a considerable number of things to do, see, eat and drink across an area of land you could travel across in an afternoon!
Your stay sees you in the middle of Tivat, a beautiful municipality set in the southwest of the nation on a small peninsula that rests on the Adriatic Sea. Offering peace and tranquillity in the quiet bay, it's only a short drive from Porto Montenegro, Kotor and Budva making it an exclusive place to call home during your time in Montenegro!
Take the entire clan on a trip across the seas and admire the sites the coast has to offer with boat rental available from the villa's dock. Sail around the coasts of the peninsula and visit The Island Sveti Marko. Covered in olive and cypress groves, spend a day of calming bliss on the islands 1,000-meter-long beach, with transparent azure waves that lap the shore and with a backdrop of picturesque neighbouring slopes. From there, visit Our Lady of the Rocks, a man-made island housing a magnificent church dating from the 17th Century and housing a 15th Century icon of the Virgin Mary!
Finish your tour in the marina of Tivat and admire the opulent super-yachts that dock and leave from the dapper marina. From here, guests are invited to stroll up the promenade and purchase souvenirs, clothes and an array of merchandise to keep your holiday going or to take back with you home! Once you’re done shopping, take your pick from native restaurants serving a host of scrumptious native dishes or familiar flavours in international stops. About the Bay of Kotor
The Bay of Kotor, or Boka, has been a World Heritage Site since 1979, so be assured of its captivating scenery that includes; a Venetian old town, a Fortress, Roman Mosaics, churches and a glistening cove that all culminate to provide guests with an exceptional holiday destination.
Sailing through the fjord you will notice the Orjen Mountains along the west, and the Lovćen Mountain range curling around the east, which outline this spellbinding landscape. As you enter through the bay you are greeted by a man-made islet that is home to Our Lady of the Rocks Church and a museum. This is the first of many reminders that you are about to reach a region of Montenegro that is famed for its natural scenery and poignant architecture.
The Bay of Kotor is made up of four cornerstones - Lastva, Morinj, Stoliv and the most renowned Tivat. Within these villages you are able to find iconic landmarks such as St Petka Church and St Mary’s Church, or for something a little less pious; simply enjoy Tivat Marina and Gornji Stoliv’s Olive grove & Fig orchard.
Travel inland and strap on a pair of hiking boots as you explore Lovcen National Park. Although it is about an hours drive from the Bay, it really is worth the day trip! Whether you’re travelling with a Botanists, Ecologist, Entomologist or Zoologist; they will be pleased to know that there’s an immeasurable number of species that include birds, insects, bears, wolves and some breath-taking flora & fauna.
We urge holidaymakers to make the most of Kodor! This charming town has everything you need to forget the day-to-day tribulations of home life. Not only does this small medieval refuge have a host of cafes & restaurants, but there are some must see attractions like the Maritime Museum, the Cats Museum of Kotor, Cats of Kotor Shop and St. John’s Hill. The perfect retreat for a family in need of sun, sea & sentiment.

Tourists who are British Citizens will not require a visa upon arrival, unless their stay lasts longer than 90 days. Please check Entry Requirements before departure.
Getting ThereSveti Stefan, Bar & Ulcinj are served by Tivat Airport and Podgorica Airport. Please note that Tivat is a smaller International Airport, which can experience overcrowding in Peak Season. Due to its proximity to Orjen & Lovćen Mountains, flights are sometimes re-directed to Podgorica Airport or cancelled in the case of bad weather.
From the UK:
Direct flights are available from London on Montenegro Airlines, easyJet, TUI, Ryanair and many others. Chartered flights are also available from several other UK airports.
From Dubrovnik, Croatia:
Connecting flights are available from Dubrovnik Airport to Podgorica Airport.
By Bus:
GetByBus operates from Dubrovnik, Tivat and Podgorica to Sveti Stefan, Bar & Ulcinj. Journeys can take up to 4 hours and 45 minutes.
