Spread across two floors, the indoor-outdoor living space offers a comfortable environment with a neutral white-washed decor and a relaxed atmosphere. Guests can relax in the central seating area and enjoy entertainment on the 43-inch LED flat-screen TV. Large glass doors allow for abundant natural light to permeate the space. About the surrounding area of Villa Paliouri DeltaVilla Paliouri Delta is a luxurious estate, dotted with a host of attractions. It’s located 120 kilometres from the Thessaloniki Airport in the quaint village of Paliouri, at the southern tip of the Kassandra peninsula. Flanked by the lush pine forests of Halkidiki, it’s a treasure trove of lapping waves, green peninsulas and sweeping vistas.
The villa offers a tranquil respite from the city's rut while still being close to a scintillating nightlife. Dip your toes in the pristine ocean, spend evenings of solitude on the private lawn or begin the day with a refreshing yoga session on the sprawling open deck. You can just as easily head outside and check out the lineup of bars and clubs nearby.
Adventure seekers won’t get enough of swimming and scuba diving. Rent fishing and snorkelling equipment from inside the resort, and explore the underwater treasures of the Mediterranean Sea. The peninsula also has many scenic hiking trails, undiscovered pathways and hidden roads that will keep you occupied all day.
One of the best ways to experience the area is on a luxury yacht. You can book one or multi-day tours for the whole family. It accommodates six to eight passengers and comes equipped with a well-stocked kitchen, hot water shower, air conditioning, generator and two bathrooms.

How to reach Halkidiki
The nearest airport is the International Airport of Thessaloniki. This is about 16km from Thessaloniki. From this region of Thermi you can get to Halkidiki by bus or Taxi. There are several domestic flights that run from Athens Airport to the airport in Thessaloniki too.
