As you step inside, you're greeted by a welcoming ambience, with beamed ceilings and a light, neutral decor. The living area, with its large open-hearth fireplace, is perfect for cosy evenings spent lounging with loved ones. Unwind with the satellite TV and Hi-Fi system or spend gatherings and convivial meals in the adjacent dining area. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can find all the modern amenities you could need, such as an oven, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, and electric coffee machine.

The maison has five inviting bedrooms, each offering its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The upper floor hosts a master bedroom with a dressing room and a French bed, along with three additional bedrooms featuring comfortable sleeping arrangements and attached showers/WCs. One double bedroom, also with an ensuite bath/WC, is located outside the main house, and is a wonderful addition for families travelling with parents/grandparents, friends or older teens.

Stepping outdoors, you will find a large terrace, partially sheltered, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. Adorned with terrace furniture, deck chairs, and an electric barbecue, it's the perfect spot for soaking up the sun or enjoying an evening drink under the stars. Surrounded by a vast, well-kept terraced garden, the villa offers ample space for leisurely strolls. The highlight of the outdoor space is undoubtedly the inviting swimming pool which offers refreshing respite during the warm summer days, amidst trees and fields.

Maison Beatris is located amongst vineyards, between the sea and the mountains, offering all the best bits of Provence. The small town of Lorgues just 3.5km away hosts a renowned Tuesday morning market and is even home to a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Security deposit €600 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m.
Departure time 10.00 a.m.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday from approximately mid-May to mid-September. Flexible during all other periods.
Linen & towels included? Available on request for an additional €25 per person, payable locally. Alternatively, guests can bring their own.
Heating costs included? Yes.
Energy costs included? Yes.
Pool opening dates? Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
