Visit Aquapark (6.5km) for a fun-filled day splashing and sliding around this huge adrenaline fuelled waterpark, one of the best known in France.  Heralded as Europe’s first waterpark there is much to enjoy from water slides and lazy river to wave pool and paddling pools.

For those looking to soak up some local culture why not take on the family treasure hunt leading you through the local monuments of the historic town centre. Using the Baludik free app, it’s a great way to explore the picturesque streets of Agde. Stop off at the Agathois and Ephebe museums to look back on 2600 years of history.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1000 charged to client's credit card by the owner upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time Between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. Other arrival times are on request only. Please enquire.
Departure time Before 10.00 a.m.
Energy costs included? Yes.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Yes.
Changeover day Saturday from mid-May to late-September. Flexible during all other periods.
Minimum stay 3 nights from approximately February to September. 7 nights for the rest of the year.
Heating costs included? Yes.
Pool opening dates? The pool is open approximately mid-May to late October. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
Tax French Visitors Tax included in rental price.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
Smoking Allowed? Not allowed.
Other Ts and Cs Cot, high chair and buggy are available for hire at a cost of up to €3 respectively per item per day, payable locally.
