Nestled in the Dordogne countryside, this amazing three-bedroom villa boasts breath-taking views made up of lush greenery and rolling hills. With a beautiful garden and crystal-clear pool, you will have everything you need to bask in the warm sunshine.
The villa's interior is homely, with comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light that gives the space a warm and inviting ambience. After a long day of sightseeing, you can unwind on one of the sofas with a glass of wine or your favourite book in hand. If you fancy a home-cooked meal, the kitchen has everything you need to create something delicious. The living room's large sliding door also provides seamless indoor-outdoor living and access to the terrace. With three comfortable bedrooms, including two doubles and one twin, there is ample space for everyone to sleep soundly.
Outside, you’ll find a large enclosed garden, providing you with plenty of space to soak up the sun. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the valley, making it an ideal spot for a morning croissant or a romantic evening meal. A large swimming pool is available for those early-morning swims or to cool off in the hot summer months, with lots of sunbeds for lounging.
Located just five minutes from Montignac, Villa Dièse is an excellent destination for those passionate about history and culture. Explore the Lascaux caves, adorned with ancient paintings, and the Château de Sauveboeuf, a 14th-century castle. Take a relaxing walk along the Vézère River or choose to rent a bike to ride through the countryside. Food lovers will relish the diverse selection of restaurants and wine bars serving mouth-watering local cuisine and wines.
Drive less than twenty minutes to Terrasson-Lavilledie, an enchanting small town boasting historic architecture and picturesque countryside. Visit the Place de la Halles, a vast market square encompassed by ancient stone edifices, and the Jardins de l'Imaginaire, a garden adorned with terraces, water features, and sculptures. Throughout the year, the town hosts various festivals, including a jazz festival in July and a Christmas market in December.
Fossemagne, a charming village with a rich history, is just a twenty-minute drive away. Here you’ll find historic sites, like the Château de l'Herm, and regular markets, featuring unique artisanal crafts. The town is also home to a lake complete with a beach area, ideal for fishing or swimming in the refreshing waters. Hikers and bikers can also enjoy exploring the countryside and surrounding greenery, with several trails offering panoramic views.

Beautiful, spacious house

Paradise!
We spent three wonderful weeks at Villa Dièse. The house is very nicely decorated, absolutely clean and everything you need is available. The large pool is fantastic, the property has a great location and is completely fenced to the delight of our Yorkie lady. For her it was paradise.
We spend our vacation for many years only in holiday homes, in Spain, Holland and USA. The Villa Dièse is by far one of the best houses and we will certainly come back again.
