Beautifully bright and spacious, Maison De Lumière is just a five-minute stroll away from the sandy shores and charming boutiques, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea. The design of this villa is architecturally unique, with an exposed-floor staircase, floor-to-ceiling windows and open-planned modern design with interesting decorative features.

Stepping into Maison De Lumière, the ground floor unfolds with an expansive living area, seamlessly blending the dining space, a cosy lounge, and modern kitchen. The large kitchen island, which also seats 4 on bar stools, is perfect for preparing meals for a big group, or simply somewhere to relax and sip your morning coffee. Every space in the house is inviting, and offers smooth indoor-outdoor access. But it’s the view that really steals the show at Maison De Lumière; you will never tire of the panoramic ocean landscape as you sit with an evening sundowner or look out from the comfort of your own bed.

Conveniently, one of the double bedrooms, with terrace access and ensuite, is located on the ground floor, which could be used by someone with restricted mobility. Otherwise, you will find the remaining four bedrooms on the spacious first floor, one of which is perfect for children with two single beds. There is a toilet and separate bathroom with walk-in shower to share between two bedrooms on this floor, whilst one of the double rooms benefits from its own TV and shower room. The Master Suite offers breathtaking views overlooking the ocean, an ensuite with walk-in shower, double vanity design, bathtub and dressing room.

The comfort of the interiors extends outside. Fitted with a furnished seating area and sun loungers, the terrace welcomes you to kick back and relax with a book or glass of rosé in hand. The heated private swimming pool is the perfect place for kids to splash around under the warmth of the sun, or rather enjoy a game of pétanque in the evening, before heading out for a stroll down the beach. If cooking at home, make use of the outdoor plancha grill, which is perfect for a BBQ feast.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €5000 paid to the owner by bank transfer two weeks before arrival and refunded three weeks after departure at the very latest, subject to full inspection.

Departure time 10.00 a.m.
Energy costs included? Yes.
Pool heating charge? Included approximately end-May to September. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Pool opening dates? The pool is open approximately May to September. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
Pool towels included? Yes.
Linen & towels included? Yes.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes, and 6 hours/week mid-stay cleaning included for bookings of 7 nights or more and linen change included for bookings of 14 nights or more in July and August (€400 supplement required during months outside July and August). However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Changeover day Saturday.
Minimum stay 14 nights in July and August. 7 nights for the rest of the year.
Tax French Visitors Tax payable locally (typically costs €1-€10 per adult per night- please enquire if exact amount is required).
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for civil liability as well as cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. A copy of this policy may be requested by the owner before or upon arrival.
