Simple and relaxed, Villa Emerson offers a comfortable holiday base for exploring the magical world of Orlando’s theme parks. Located in the fabulous Reunion Resort, the villa is just a short drive away from all the attractions, so from the moment you arrive, you can simply relax, picking a different park each day, or choosing to relax by your own private pool.
Spread over two floors, this modern villa has been furnished in a warm and homely way, with some traditional features combined with playful elements that suit the Orlando location. On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan living area with sliding glass doors opening onto the pool terrace. This light and airy room has a calm sophistication about it, with a simple colour pallet spread across the soft furnishings and artworks, complemented by a large leather sofa and two accent armchairs where you can sit and relax. The kitchen can be found in the same room, fully-equipped for your use and designed with a social breakfast bar where you can enjoy relaxed meals or sit together, sharing a bottle of chilled wine. The adjacent dining table sits sixteen people perfect for big family meals, you just have to decide what to cook!
There is nothing better after a busy day in and out of theme parks than a good nights sleep. So, each of Villa Emerson’s bedrooms has been designed for your complete comfort, with tasteful furnishings, warm colours and comfy beds that make it easy to drift off. The ground floor offers two bedrooms, both with double beds and one of which is completely accessible in its design, offering step-free access to the pool deck. Upstairs, there are six more spacious bedrooms, of which two are designed for kids. Each room has its own private bathroom and space for you to relax, enjoying some privacy after busy days together as a group.
For an added extra, you will find a themed home cinema room hiding on the first floor, boasting a large projection screen and eight leather recliners. Moving up into the loft, there is Galactic themed games room where kids will hide for hours! When you are ready to move outdoors, the terrace does not disappoint. With its popular zero-entry pool and spacious terrace boasting room to dine outdoors, sunbathe through the day and enjoy time as a family, getting competitive on the table tennis!
What you should know…
- The villa includes pool hoist for guests with disabilities, as well as a fully accessible master suite
- The spa aside the pool is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, if you choose to add pool heating
- This villa does not have use of the Resort’s water park

Best Suited For: All AgesThe relaxed, homely feel of Villa Emerson is perfectly suited to families. Offering a games room, cinema room, private pool and playset, they will be exhausted after all the excitement, ready to fall asleep in the two Disney themed bedrooms.
It is easy to guess that any kids will head straight for the pool when you arrive, climbing in and out, splashing about and entertaining themselves for hours on end. Designed as a zero-entry pool, it is easy for little ones to get in and out, but they may still need supervision as the pool gets deeper at one end. There are three kid-size sun loungers that they can hop on and off, between swims in the pool, competitions on the ping pong table and games of giant connect four. With a playset, table football and
corn hole as well, they may never want to come back inside!
The main living space in the villa works well for families with kids, offering an open-plan layout with doors to the terrace so you can easily keep an eye out wherever they run to. Kids tend to curl up on the sofa, surfing the channels while parents prepare tasty treats in the kitchen. Upstairs, the themed home cinema room, with its projection screen and leather recliners, proves very popular with all generations, adding another dimension to movie nights – just make sure you buy some popcorn at the supermarket for the full movie watching experience! If you can’t find them outside, then there is a high chance kids will be tucked away in the Galactic themed upper floor loft area. Boasting three large flat-screen TVs with a PS4 video game console, a pool table, comfy sofa and a two-seat high top table, they will be there for hours.
When you are ready to heads to the Orlando theme parks, it is best to pre-book your tickets, avoiding long queues. Located just 13 minutes from Walt Disney World and less than half an hour from Universal Studios®, kids don’t have to wait long to get in their magical gates! Do remember various rides include height restrictions, but there is always a good alternative, so older children can scream their way down adrenaline releasing roller coasters, while the younger ones enjoy magic shows and experiences.

You’ll need prior authorisation to enter the United States, either through a visa, a Permanent Resident Card, or the Visa Waiver Programme. Most passport holders can get an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) through the Visa Waiver Programme, which allows travel to the US for up to 90 days. You should complete an online pre-registration form on the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) website, before you travel.
