The calm and modern interiors of Villa Mabel make for a fabulous place to stay during your trip to Florida. Elegant and homely all at once, the villa boasts a variety of spacious open-plan living areas, sunny outdoor spaces and intimate bedrooms, and a location that sets you just a short drive from the areas main theme parks and attractions!
From the moment you arrive at this villa, you can settle in and drop your bags off in one of the five beedrooms. Both families and groups of friends can feel at ease, enjoying all the privacy of your own space, as well as the social feel of the resort itself.
Downstairs, the layout revolves around the main open-plan family room, where you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining area, all benefitting from bright doors leading out to the terrace. The room’s sleek furnishings give a sophisticated feel to the space, adding a more adult feel to the childhood dream that is Disney Land Florida! While you cook in the kitchen or enjoy a cool glass of wine at the breakfast bar, kids can snuggle up on the sofas, switching on the television to enjoy movies and sports, grabbing snacks from the kitchen when they get peckish. The dining area has room for all ten guests to eat together, perfect for catching up at the end of the day, enjoying quality time together over home-cooked deliciousness!
Stepping from the living area to the private outdoor patio, you can enjoy a moment of shade placing your drink down on the covered dining table, before heading out into the bright Florida sun to take a dip in the private pool. There are sun loungers where you can put your feet up and read your book, hopping into the pool when you need to cool off. There is also a Superhero themed games room in the converted garage, offering table tennis and table football to keep younger guests occupied for hours.
At the end of the day, when you need to rest after all the thrills and excitement of the parks, Villa Mabel offers you five bedrooms to choose between. A queen-size bed sits downstairs next to a shower room, while there is another queen-size bed in a bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom upstairs boasts a cosy king-size bed and a modern en-suite bathroom. The final two bedrooms are specially designed for kids, with bright colours, Disney themes and either twin beds or bunk beds for them to enjoy.
What you should know…
- The private terrace is open to the sun, with a gate providing some security
- The outdoor space is not entirely private as you can see the neighbouring terraces and they can see yours as well
- Please make sure you book in advance before visiting theme parks and attractions to avoid any disappointment and long queues!

Villa Mabel provides the perfect base for exploring all of the Florida theme parks, located in the Encore Resort at Reunion, with access to all of the Resort’s facilities as well. With room for ten guests, you can bring the whole family along, just make sure you get planning early so you can fit everything in!
The villa itself is great for families, offering a games room with table tennis and table football as well as a private pool on the terrace where kids can play and splash about. The main living space is open-plan, encouraging your whole group to spend time together in one space. Kids can be curled up on the sofas, crawling up to the kitchen to grab snacks and drinks, and leaving you with the option to join in, or enjoy the whole rest of the villa to yourselves.
When you all need some rest at the end of the day, there are two bedrooms specifically designed for little ones; one with bunk beds and the other with twin beds, both with fun Disney themes so the adventures can continue throughout the night! Older children and teenagers may prefer one of the queen-size beds in another room, but we suggest you keep the king-size bed for yourself!
The villa is located in the Encore Resort at Reunion, offering fantastic facilities, including a waterpark, swimming pools, children’s play area and more, so there is plenty to keep you and your family entertained. The Resort also offers a free shuttle to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios® and SeaWorld, taking the chore of driving off your hands, so you can make the most of the Orlando and Kissimmee attractions! | End of stay cleaning included? | Extra $260, to be paid at time of booking. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. You’ll need prior authorisation to enter the United States, either through a visa, a Permanent Resident Card, or the Visa Waiver Programme. Most passport holders can get an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) through the Visa Waiver Programme, which allows travel to the US for up to 90 days. You should complete an online pre-registration form on the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) website, before you travel.
