Overview
This elegant villa is understated yet beautiful, with charming bedrooms and plenty to keep the whole family entertained and happy. The location of this villa is absolutely perfect, close to all the top attractions that Orlando has to offer.
There is a fabulous home cinema with supremely comfortable black leather recliners and dedicated video gaming chairs for the PS4 and Xbox One. The projector screen shows all the latest blockbusters with superior sound and image quality. Additionally, the games room downstairs boasts air hockey and a basketball shooting game. It is decorated with colourful pictures of Minions.
Outside, the shimmering swimming pool awaits you, with a luxurious bubbling spa area and shallow wading space. There are sunbeds to soak up the tropical rays and lawn that encompasses the decking. Palm trees are dotted around the villa, while a short fence separates the villa from its neighbouring houses.
The living space is decorated in neutral tones with pops of deep blue. Sink into the comfortable soft grey sofa and relax. A pair of modern armchairs and a glass coffee table offsets the sofa. Lots of natural light streams through the large windows, while a beautiful geometric brown and blue rug decorates the floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped - perfect for self-caterers - and has a lovely white marble breakfast bar, complete with eye-catching curved wooden bar stools. There is a coffee machine and a large silver fridge, as well as an oven. Whip up a family feast and enjoy it around the classy white dining table topped with glass, or dine alfresco under the shaded lanai with a poolside view.
The bedrooms are largely sleek and understated, decorated in soft tones with glossy furniture. Two kids' rooms are lovingly themed around Frozen and Star Wars. The rooms have feature walls of cornflower blue and pastel pink, with crisp linen on the king and queen size beds. Floral art and cushions adorn the beds. The ensuite bathrooms are decked out in apricot marble and are complete with luxurious bath products. The Frozen room even has its very own grown-up ensuite with a characterful shower curtain.
What you should know…
- Pool heating is recommended from November to April, which incurs an additional charge. The outdoor spa can be heated to the same temperature as the pool. Heating is not available in extremely cold weather conditions
- Children should be careful when roaming around the pool and take care near the edge
- One of the bedrooms is downstairs, which could suit guests who have additional mobility requirements

Within the villa, kids will adore the swimming pool - splashing around in the sunshine and relaxing in the spa area. There's lots of lawn space for them to play games outside, and inside they can challenge each other to air hockey and basketball. They'll love the home theatre and curling up in the fancy leather chairs to watch a Hollywood blockbuster, and the video gaming equipment is bound to be very popular with kids.
The Star Wars room boasts a feature wall decorated with lightsabers and a Stormtrooper army, and muted blue walls. Perfect for fans of the galaxy far, far away. The Frozen room is delightful, with a mural of Elsa on the snowflake-adorned walls and a soft toy Olaf to play with. Ice blue frilly duvets adorn the beds, and in both rooms, there are bunk beds with a double on the bottom and single on top.
Within the resort, there is a lovely seaside themed playground ideal for little ones, with its own water slide and colourful climbing frames. There is a recreation centre that is ideal for making new friends - although this incurs an additional charge. The resort has its very own thrilling aqua park with two snaking water slides and a superb communal pool.
The Magic Kingdom at Disney World will be a favourite with kids for sure. Here, they can try out the Space Mountain ride and enjoy the enchanting fireworks at Cinderella's castle. Children will adore the Disney character parade and meeting their favourites - they can even share a meal with them! There are lots of seasonal events and parades at Disney World, especially around Halloween and Christmas.
Harry Potter fans will be enchanted by Universal Studios®, where they can explore the magical wizarding world for themselves. Board the Hogwarts Express and try a Butterbeer in Hogsmeade, or visit Gringotts, the goblin bank. They can even be chosen by their very own magic wand at Ollivanders.
