Begin your Croatian adventure in the gorgeous island setting of Ciovo.
This opulent villa is set just a short walk from the waterfront and offers a place of luxury and, privacy and tranquillity. Based in an exclusive area of Ciovo this villa has been angled perfectly to offer absolutely stunning views of the alluring Adriatic Sea.
Perhaps the most decadent feature of this home is the private pool, which is located in the stylish outdoor garden area. With roman steps, the pool is accessible to all and for those who aren’t drawn in by the idea of a refreshing splash, there are plenty of other poolside options available. Cosy up in the covered rattan snugs or lay out and soak up the best of the Croatian sunshine on one of the many stylish sun loungers.
The property itself is finished in hues of cream and beige, promoting calm and serenity throughout. This theme is especially intensified in the bedrooms which are decorated and planned to connote a soothing and rejuvenating atmosphere, seamlessly combining moods of relaxation, romance and tranquillity. Set across three floors, this villa has four bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to nine people. Each bedroom has a generous king-sized bed, as well as an ensuite and one room has an additional single bed.
Beyond the bedrooms, the rest of the home continues with the theme of relaxation with chic, stylish features finishing off this very contemporary design. There is a terrace located on the first floor which gives a great view to the garden below as well as to the more breath taking bluey vista of the water and skies as they merge against the horizon. This view is best absorbed from the large outdoor dining table where one can truly envelope themselves in Croatia, from the food and drink to the surrounding outstanding views.

About the surrounding area of Villa ObalaLocated off of the Adriatic coast in Croatia lies the cosy, idyllic island of Ciovo. With an area of just 28.8km and a highest peak of 218 metres, this island is the perfect place for mini exploration and hiking adventures.
Packed full of picturesque beaches and charming villages, Ciovo has something for everyone including hiking and shopping to water sports and boat rental where you can speed off ‘Bond’ style into the sunset. There is also the opportunity to explore the local islands which are framed by stunning beaches and filled with natural beauty including the famed Krka waterfalls.
A little closer than the waters edge, the villa is conveniently surrounded by a slew of fantastic eateries perfect for family dining, romantic dates or to sample traditional Croatian fare. There are plenty within walking distance creating the perfect excuse for a beachside stroll on your way home.
Beyond Ciovo lies the lively town of Trogir which is accessible via a drawbridge. Should you tire of Ciovo, there are plenty more attractions here including historical sites, cultural destinations as well as shopping and dining.

Best Suited For: All AgesThis home has plenty of fun and exciting activities on offer. The garden has plenty of areas to explore and of course there is the huge pool for playing and splashing about in – always a popular feature! Inside the villa you’ll find a pool table but also a separate games room with giant bean bags, which is sure to keep younger guests entertained when the sun goes down!
Marjan Park is a fantastic park that features various pathways and a botanical garden. The park is near to the sea and so, has many swimming spots and also holds Marjan Hill where lovely vistas can be enjoyed.
Split, as this city really delivers the goods for kids. You will find an aquarium, a semi-submarine, Segway tours and a huge play zone at Poljud Stadium. Look out for Froggyland, Split’s unforgettable frog museum, and all the attractions of Znjan Beach, including bouncy castles and paddle boats. And if that wasn’t enough, big-hitting sights like Diocletian’s Palace are there to explore.
Harry Potter fans will love visiting Split. They will recognise the cellar in the Diocletian’s Palace where Deanerys kept her dragons. Climbing to the top of the bell tower of St Domnius Cathedral is also very popular. It boasts the best view of Split. A visit and picnic at Klis Fortress, on the hillside overlooking Split, is a good day out for the family. It was one of the filming locations for Game of Thrones. Marjan Hill offers promenades, nature paths, beautiful vistas, playgrounds, bird and rare plant watching and the tiny Split zoo. There is a little tourist train from the Split National Theatre to visit many of the local attractions. Split’s Magic City is an indoor playroom, ideal if you have a wet day.

A very relaxing and perfect stay in Croatia
We loved the house. It was spacious and very good for a family with kids. Enough to do in the house. The view is very nice and the pool is perfect. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable.

Brilliant place to stay - only minutes from the beach and more than we ever expected!
Fabulous villa with fantastic facilities, superb views and everything one needed for a perfect stay. The villa was spotless as was the pool area.
The host, Anna-Maria was delightful and unbelievably helpful. She was there to meet us on our arrival to hand-over the keys and had prepared a welcome snack complete with champagne. After we stupidly locked ourselves out on one evening, after an apologetic phone call from us, she was there to help in a matter of minutes!
The whole package cannot be recommended highly enough!
