What you should know…
- There is no private parking at the Old Stout House, but there is parking available just three minutes’ walk away.
- This is an old house with narrow, steep, twisting stairs in places so please take this into consideration as it may not be suitable for children.
- Note that, in its central location, the house retains echoes of its medieval past, with narrow pavements and occasional traffic noise reminding visitors of the town's enduring charm.
- Guests should embrace the wonky floors and wayward walls, as they contribute to the warm and welcoming ambiance that defines this extraordinary residence.
