Villa Kade showcases Bali Modern design, with its crisp, clean style and the use of traditional materials throughout the home. This creates an impressive villa oasis that feels like it is in your own slice of paradise, though it is actually just minutes away from the most popular strip in Bali. Throughout the holiday home, there are modern amnesties and furniture, that create a stylish yet comfortable space for relaxing, whether you are lazing in the open plan living/dining area or watching a movie in the cinema room, which is stocked with films and television series, it’s bliss.
Everything about this villa oozes luxurious charm and tranquillity, from the canopy beds to the private pool that is lined with cushy sun loungers.
It’s a villa that can be enjoyed by large families or a group of friends looking for a retreat and can accommodate 10 guests. There are five bedrooms, all of which have their own bathroom and are equipped with air-conditioning, so no need to swelter in the heat of the evening.
Because everything at this villa is first-class, there is staff on hand there is even a house-chef available on request.
Of course, a drawcard to Bali is the stunning weather, and this house is planned with that in mind. Spend days in the open-plan, outdoor living area on large cushy seats that overlook the lush, tropical garden that is all for you. The private pool is another level, it’s a long pool that lies alongside the house lined with sun loungers and greenery. There is even a Jacuzzi and a sauna, because what more could you need for a luxe getaway.

- There are stairs in this house to move between the levels of accommodation, however, there is a gate at the bottom of the stairs to keep little legs on ground-level.

About the surrounding area of Villa KadeBali is known as the Island of the Gods, which is no surprise given its stunning landscapes, diverse regions and styles and the areas of untouched beauty that showcase traditional villages. It’s a hideaway for travellers of all sorts, from those seeking luxury and sophistication to travellers that are more budget-conscious. It is an island that while popular with tourists all year round has maintained its rich culture, which has a deep connection to the earth.
Ever since the early 1900’s Bali has been a popular holiday spot and it has a way of making tourists feel welcomed and relaxed.
Seminyak is a popular beach resort area at the Southern end of Bali, near Denpasar and Kuta. It is popular with holiday goers and expats because of its renowned beaches, varying international restaurants and beautiful boutiques and local markets. Sleek beach clubs line the beachfront, offering the perfect spots to watch the stunning and celebrated sunsets. Surfers populate the beaches, well-known for its ideal surfing conditions. There is, of course, more than beaches and shopping Seminyak offers traditional activities to help you immerse yourself in the culture, such as cooking classes, temple visits and art galleries. The nearby city of Denpasar is the main gateway to Bali, and the capital city, and is well worth a visit as is the village of Kuta, another beach resort area.
Villa Kade is within walking distance of the famous Petitenget Beach and other beaches are just a short trip away. The villa is also close to restaurants and shopping options and is within walking distance of the adored restaurant district of Jalan Laksmana, which is also known as Oberoi.
Getting around Bali is easy as there is a chauffeur service available with the villa and it is on standby for guests for up to ten consecutive hours every day. Likewise, heading to and from the airport from Villa Kade is a breeze as there is a return airport transfer as part of the villa also.

Best Suited For: All AgesThe Balinese community adores children, or as they call them anak-anak, so it is no surprise Bali is ideal for family vacations.
Seminyak has plenty for children to do, from days on the beach to activities near and far.
The nearest beach, Petitenget, is a long, white sand beach that is family-friendly and offers possibly the most stunning sunsets. Other Seminyak beaches, Double Six and Seminyak, are also ideal for families. As the older children take part in surf classes the younger children can build sand castles and swim all day long.
In the area, there are museums, temples, a trick-eye 3D galleries and plenty of other activities for the whole family.
If you want to head further afield, the cheeky members of the family are sure to enjoy the Ubud monkey forest, which is well worth a visit.
The villa itself is ideal for families travelling with children, and it even offers a baby cot and chair to make life that little bit easier for you. Making it even more child-friendly is the gate at the bottom of the staircase, stopping little climbers.
The children can spend their days in the pool and their evenings in the in-house cinema. What more could children want!
