Overview
Boasting an extraordinarily unique design, Villa Issi has a light filtering metal 'skin' that wraps around the upper floor. It provides shade from the sun and through the leaf pattern shadows dance across the villa. Additionally, a bridge connects a calming full-length azure pool to the elevated sundeck - a perfect spot for watching the sunset with a fruity cocktail in hand.
Four beautiful bedrooms can sleep up to eight people at this villa. The master bedroom has treetop views and monochrome decoration. One of the most eye-catching elements of this room is the sparkling leaf shaped mirrored art - it makes a real statement.
The king size bed is delightful to snuggle up in at the end of the day, but don't forget to check out the television that rises up from a cabinet as if from nowhere! Guest bedrooms have lovely hardwood floors, enormous black framed windows that bathe them in light and a 32-inch television.
For those who love to keep fit when they're away, there's a well-equipped gym with treadmills, exercise bikes and yoga mats. If that sounds a little too taxing, the space also has a dedicated massage area. For the ultimate in luxury, you can arrange for a therapist to come to the villa and enjoy a Balinese massage in peace, or enjoy a flower petal bath in the open air bathroom.
Outside, there's space for the whole family to swim in the full-size pool and a spacious garden with green, yellow and white tones. The lawn area is dotted with trees where everyone can relax and play together. For sunbathing, there are plenty of sunbeds but the best spot for soaking up some tropical rays has to be the raised sundeck.
While the living space embodies slick, uncluttered simplicity, it's peppered with conceptual and modern art, such as the figurines in the dining area. The eye-catching zebra print rug in the living room adds an exotic touch.
One of the most exciting parts of a Balinese holiday is trying all the delicious food! The skilled private chef can cook up a storm - there's even a barbecue area for a truly special seafood feast.

What you should know…
- If you wish to explore, you can ask the villa manager to book a reasonably priced taxi, or to organise a day or half-day car and driver hire for an additional cost.
- Families with little ones should keep an eye on them when playing in the lawn area, as the edge runs right to the pool.
- Similarly, children should be careful around the bridge area.
- Grocery cost is charged a 20% handling fee, subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa IssiVilla Issi is hidden away in a cul de sac in Seminyak, one of Bali's most desirable hotspots. Just moments from the beach and close to glitzy hotels Oberoi and Legian, it's a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle.
Seminyak is a playground for those who enjoy the finer things in life. Crammed with incredible spas, it's an ideal spot to indulge in a Balinese massage, try out yoga at one of the fancy studios around or hit the shops for some retail therapy. Seminyak is full of fashionable boutiques where you can spend a leisurely afternoon rummaging through antique treasures and trinkets to take home.
You'll find an abundance of incredible food in Seminyak - you could eat at a different restaurant every night for months and be spoilt for choice! The villa is close to Jalan Laksmana, also known as the famous Eat Street, where you can pick up some tasty treats. Learn more about the secrets and spices of Balinese food in a cookery class. You can shop at the local market for supplies and enjoy a delicious feast together afterwards.
Bali is known as the 'Island of the Gods' and after visiting some of the enchanting temples you'll find out why. Pura Petitenget on magical Petitenget Beach is a beautiful place to get acquainted with Balinese spirituality. This temple is a significant link in the series of Danh Kahyangan temples along Bali's west coast between Pura Uluwatu and Pura Tanah Lot.
It's said that in the 16th century a Hindu deity ensured the island's perimeters would be guarded from evil sea spirits. There are twelve ancient shrines and a dragon staircase that leads to a vast courtyard. Every evening, there are temple ceremonies on the beach and traditional dance displays - a truly mesmerising way to experience the rich culture.
Art lovers should visit the Nyaman Museum, which is Bali's iconic contemporary art mecca. You'll find stunning pieces from local and international artists here and a range of disciplines from sculpture to photography. This spacious gallery invites guests to channel the spirit of Nyaman, which means cosy in Indonesian.
Bali is famous for surfing, attracting keen surfers from all over the world. Around Seminyak and Kuta there are many surf schools where you can get acquainted with the waves and learn from the professionals. You can also take a stroll across the golden sands all the way to Canggu, stopping at lively cocktail huts along the way. After the sun softens, hang out at one of the many alluring beach clubs for a panoramic sunset view over the Indian ocean.
A lovely activity for the whole family is exploring Bali's natural beauty on a horse riding tour through lush rice terraces and beaches. You can even travel by horse and carriage! A great place to try this is Pererenan, near Canggu. Additionally, you can also try horse riding on the beach in Seminyak - a fantastic sunset activity.

Best Suited For: All AgesBali is full of exciting activities to keep little ones enthralled. Mini nature lovers should check out the Bali Sea Turtle Society. This society works with local communities to protect endangered sea turtles and release them back into the wild - this is an excellent activity for children to learn about marine life from experienced professionals.
Seminyak is an excellent beach to be based around, as it's lively yet still family friendly. Kids will love building sandcastles and beach walks, while wannabe surfers can sign up for some classes and get into riding the waves. Children interested in horse riding can take a lesson and go for a ride on the beach as the sun goes down. They're also bound to adore a scenic horseback tour of Bali - the carriage ride would be an unforgettable experience.
The food on the island is a highlight for most travellers to Bali - children included! They'll love exploring Eat Street and taking in the flavours of the night markets - a riot of colour and spices.
Pouring with spirituality from every corner, Petitenget Beach is a truly special place to take children to understand elements of Balinese spirituality. Bali is known as the 'Island of the Gods' so the dancing and cultural ceremonies are bound to capture their imagination.
For thrill seekers, Asia's number one waterpark Waterbom is also a short drive from the villa. Immensely popular with families, kids can try out 16 adrenalin-pumping water slides, including The Climax, with its thrilling 360-degree loop. There are also gentler water rides and lagoons. It's bound to put a smile on their faces.
