Set within the Jomchang Estate along the exclusive and secluded headland known as ‘Millionaires’ Mile’, Villa Minh offers a tranquil escape, spectacular ocean views and stunning open-plan living. This incredible six-bedroom holiday home is placed high on a dramatic rocky headland above Phuket’s west coast and provides the perfect getaway for large families, groups of friends or multiple couples travelling together. Designed by Paris-based architect Arte Charpentier, Villa Minh offers guests nothing but luxury at every turn.
Organised over five levels joined by a series of elevators and staircases, each component of this grand home has been exquisitely detailed, with care and thought given to integrating the building within its beautiful natural surroundings. Villa Minh encompasses modern Asian-style architecture with functional Western elements throughout lending themselves to many different entertaining and relaxation areas.
The expansive kitchen/living/dining area features panoramic sea views and open-plan living; the formal dining room is found next to an expansive, comfortable lounge, along with a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. The villa’s private chef is on hand to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner from a suggestion menu of Thai cuisine with some Western selections.
Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets). There is also an incredible cinema room with flat screen TV, an additional large lounge and a separate games room with pool table and bar area. Floor-to-ceiling windows command incredible sea views, allowing Villa Minh to be flooded with natural light throughout the day.
This six-bedroom villa sleeps 12 adults comfortably; each of the six bedrooms, including the extravagant master suite which features separate his and hers wardrobes, have been sumptuously designed to the highest standard, and all offer panoramic sea views. Four of the bedrooms feature their own en suite, while bedrooms 5 and 6 shares a bathroom.
Outside, guests can enjoy the panoramic sea views from the extensive pool deck set around the impressive 17.5m x 4m infinity pool. There is also an ocean-view sala with two massage beds, an expansive poolside deck with a bar and barbecue area as well as large landscaped gardens overlooking the sparkling blue Andaman Sea.
Guests can enjoy a calming massage while listening to the waves lapping the shore, or share a lovely alfresco meal with loved ones after a day splashing about in the pool. With endless beaches, rural landscapes, waterfalls, hot springs and jungle-clad parks to explore nearby, Villa Minh is a tropical paradise.

About the surrounding area of Villa MinhVilla Minh lies within the Jomchang Estate along Phuket’s exclusive west-coast headland known as the Millionaires’ Mile.
Its hillside location offers panoramic sea views and seclusion, yet the resort towns and bustling beaches of Kamala and Patong are reached within a 20-minute drive.
Kamala, to the north of the villa, is a low-key town with casual seaside dining spots and surf/boogie board rentals, while Patong, to the south, is the hub for Phuket’s nightlife, dining and shopping, with plenty of water sports to enjoy on the beach.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Minh is a fantastic family villa; a high chair and a baby cot can be arranged. The villa’s guest relations manager will also have a wealth of information about nearby places of interest and will help arrange transport and make any bookings required. There is no shortage of activities in Phuket; guests are spoilt for choice!
Guests can explore the delights of the Andaman Sea aboard a luxury yacht charter, or on a scuba diving or snorkelling excursion. The beautiful Phang Nga Bay is directly accessible from the villa itself, and the Raya Islands, Similan Islands, Koh Phi Phi and more are all within an easy day’s sail.
Phuket has a brilliant beach club scene: decadent brunches, DJ dance parties and romantic sunset dinners are all within a short distance of Grand Villa Noi. The natural hot springs in Phang Nga are worth a visit, and The Hotspring Beach Resort and Spa is happy to accommodate day-trippers who are looking to relax on the spacious property. There are two hot pools as well as two cold pools, and an on-site restaurant to grab a bite to eat and refreshments before dipping into the pools once again.
For those that love watersports, windsurfing, wakeboarding, sea kayaking or standup paddling can be easily arranged. For those that prefer to stay on dry land, guests can enjoy a round of golf at the Laguna Phuket Golf Club, Blue Canyon, Mission Hills or other fantastic Phuket golf courses on offer.
For the adrenaline junkies, there is ATV riding, zip line sessions and bungy jumping, as well as beautiful waterfalls to visit and mysterious jungle trails to follow. Splash Jungle Water Park, located close to Natai Beach, offers various attractions such as a wave pool, water slides and a water play area. There is also a restaurant on-site, as well as a swim-up bar to enjoy a refreshment or two.
Take a cultural tour of Phuket’s rich history and traditional life, learn more about the history behind the restored Sino-Portuguese shops and mansions and sample some of the island’s best local cuisine. There are countless temples and religious monuments to visit in Phuket; those that seek to immerse themselves in the Thai culture will not be disappointed.
Guests can also learn how to make fragrant, spicy and flavourful Thai cuisine in a cookery class at the nearby Nahmyaa restaurant in Como Point Yamu resort, or try a class with the master of Thai fusion, Chef Tammasak “Noi” Chootong, who has opened a new branch of his celebrated Suay restaurant in nearby Cherng Talay.
