Part of the exclusive Jivana Beach Villas estate, this luxurious beachfront villa is located on the pristine white sands of Natai Beach in rural Phang Nga, just 25 minutes from Phuket International Airport. With With unparalleled views of Natai Beach and a sparkling infinity pool that stretches out to a wide manicured lawn, the impressive six-bedroom villa offers sweeping ocean views and tranquil surroundings, providing the perfect tropical home-away-from-home for a family holiday, dream wedding or a group get-away.
Villa Jai has been designed in a sleek contemporary Thai style with a blend of rich teak wood features, comfortable furnishings, whitewashed walls and distinctive art collected by the owner over the years. The lavish living spaces are arranged in a series of sea-view pavilions, each with its own unique charm and style.
Beyond the grand entrance is a beautiful garden courtyard nestled between a fully equipped modern kitchen and a family room with plasma screen TV and DVD player, comfy lounge seating, office desk and bar area with wine fridge. Hidden below is the home cinema and games room with a projector screen, surround-sound, library, snooker table and soft-cushioned sofas, the perfect place to get together.
Forming the heart of the house is the luxurious ‘Great Room’, an elegantly furnished living and dining area that seats 10, with lofty ceilings and vast sliding glass doors that open directly out to the spectacular outdoor area. Villa Jia also comes with its own private chef on hand to cook delicious meals for guests. The chef specialises in traditional Thai cuisine and seafood, however, a suggestion menu of Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s dishes will be provided. Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets).
This six-bedroom villa sleeps 12 guests comfortably; the spacious master suite features a queen-size bed, a large bathroom with his and hers sinks, bathtub and rain shower, as well as garden and ocean views. There are two queen-bedded rooms with large bathrooms, outdoor black granite tubs, rain showers and his and hers sinks, as well as a further queen-bedded room with garden view, large bathroom with indoor bathtub, his and hers sinks and shower.
There are also two twin rooms (convertible to king) with their own large private bathrooms. Each contemporary bedroom has a unique sense of Thai charm, and all have been furnished beautifully and to the highest standard, providing a luxurious private sanctuary for guests.
At the heart of the villa, accentuating its contemporary open-plan design, there is a stunning 25-metre infinity pool as well as a separate shallow pool for children. The surrounding poolside deck is furnished with chic sun loungers and offers unparalleled sea views.
There is a fantastic dining bale with seating for eight, where guests can enjoy delicious alfresco meals prepared by the in-villa chef, as well as a separate beachside relaxation bale, ideal for a sunset cocktail. There is also an additional veranda lounge and dining area, providing guests with plenty of outdoor living space; even at full capacity, this villa will feel spacious.
The vast beachfront lawns are perfect for outdoor play, and the villa also comes with two kayaks. Just a few steps beyond the villa’s outdoor area, Natai Beach beckons with its white sands and sparkling blue waters. Equipped with a small army of staff, including a villa manager, full-time housekeeper, private chef, estate security staff and additional staff upon request (babysitter, masseuse), guests can expect the royal treatment from the moment they set foot on this luxurious property.

About the surrounding area of Villa JiaLocated within the exclusive Sava Beach Villas estate, just moments from the glistening sands of Natai Beach, a peaceful strip of sand to the north of Phuket, Villa Jia is ideal for small families or groups seeking seclusion and endless sunsets. The villas offer a tranquil hideaway in a rural setting but are only an hour’s drive from the buzz of Phuket’s beach resorts and less than half an hour from the island’s international airport.
Natai Beach is perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking and swimming and The Aleenta and Iniala Beach resorts, both just along the sand, offer award-winning dining. Should you crave a change of scenery, a stroll down the beach or a short drive will bring you to a choice of local seafood restaurants and fine dining at the Iniala and Aleenta resorts.
Guests can cycle along the coastal roads of the Natai Beach area and explore the lush rural landscapes with coconut and banana plantations and buffalo herds. The beautiful Phang Nga Bay is directly accessible from the villa itself, and the Raya Islands, Similan Islands, Koh Phi Phi and more are all within an easy day’s sail. Guests can explore the delights of the Andaman Sea aboard a luxury yacht charter, or on a scuba diving or snorkelling excursion that can be easily arranged by the villa manager.
The natural hot springs in Phang Nga are also worth a visit, and The Hotspring Beach Resort and Spa is happy to accommodate day-trippers who are looking to relax on the spacious property. There are two hot pools as well as two cold pools, and an on-site restaurant to grab a bite to eat and refreshments before dipping into the pools once again. Guests can take an early morning hike up to the Samet Nangshe viewpoint, where incredible panoramic views of Phang Nga Bay are visible.
For golf fans, two of the area’s top courses are found in northern Phuket, the Blue Canyon Country Club (23km away), with two 18-hole courses set on 730 lush acres of former tin mine land, or Mission Hills Phuket Golf Club (29km), an ocean-view Nicklaus Design course on the east coast. Phuket also has a brilliant beach club scene: decadent brunches, DJ dance parties and romantic sunset dinners are all within a short distance of Villa Jia.
Take a cultural tour of Phuket’s rich history and traditional life, learn more about the history behind the restored Sino-Portuguese shops and mansions and sample some of the island’s best local cuisine. There are countless temples and religious monuments to visit in Phuket; those that seek to immerse themselves in the Thai culture will not be disappointed.
Guests can also learn how to make fragrant and spicy Thai cuisine in a cookery class at the nearby Nahmyaa restaurant in Como Point Yamu resort, or try out some of the modest but delicious low-key eateries serving authentic Thai food on the Natai beachfront or in Kokkloy town.

The villa’s guest relations manager will also have a wealth of information about nearby places of interest and will help arrange transport and make any bookings required. There is no shortage of activities in Phuket; guests are spoilt for choice!
For those that love watersports, windsurfing, wakeboarding, sea kayaking or standup paddling can be easily arranged. For the adrenaline junkies, there is ATV riding, zip line sessions and bungy jumping, as well as beautiful waterfalls to visit and mysterious jungle trails to follow.
There are two local waterparks located nearby: Splash Jungle Water Park on Mai Khao Beach near Phuket airport or Dino Sea Water Park, just eight kilometres away. Children will also love the cultural tours of temples and religious monuments found throughout Phuket.
For animal lovers, visit the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, a refuge centre for elephants retired from the tourist trade, or stop by the Gibbon Rehabilitation Project near Bang Pae Waterfall, a rescue and release centre for abused primates and other animals. Children will also love visiting the beautiful waterfall pools on a mini jungle trek in several nearby parks in Phang Nga.
