Located within the exclusive Sava Beach Villas estate, just 25 minutes from Phuket International Airport and an hour from Phuket Town, Villa Aqua is an ultra-modern beachfront home-away-from-home. With sweeping views of the ocean and stunning sunset vistas, this four-bedroom villa is enveloped in floor-to-ceiling glass and provides the perfect getaway location for large families, groups of friends or multiple couples travelling together.

This sleek and stylish L-shaped villa is set on three levels, with an abundance of space and minimalist design. Tucked away on the lower ground floor is a fantastic games room with table tennis and a TV/audio system, a TV lounge equipped with a wall-mounted satellite channel TV and a DVD player, a cosy office and a spa room with saunas.

A staircase of steel, wood and glass leads up to a bright modern kitchen with a bar counter, a dining room with bench seating for eight, a snug media corner stocked with an impressive film and music library, and a large comfortable lounge with direct access to the terrace. Villa Aqua comes with a private chef on hand to cook delicious meals for guests.

The chef specialises in traditional Thai cuisine and seafood, however, a suggestion menu of Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s dishes will be provided. Continental breakfasts are included and guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets). If that wasn’t enough, Villa Aqua also comes with its own private spa with massage beds, a sauna, steam room and cold plunge bath. Guests also have complimentary use of the estate’s well-equipped gym.

This four-bedroom villa sleeps 8 guests comfortably; there are two king-bedded master suites, both offering fine ocean views and bathrooms with indulgent terrazzo tubs. The two guest rooms located to the rear of the villa have twin beds that can be converted to king beds, and their shared bathroom makes them ideal for families. Each bedroom has been furnished beautifully and to the highest standard and provides a luxurious private sanctuary for guests.

Outside, the stunning 18-metre swimming pool forms the central focal point of Villa Aqua; both the lounge and dining areas open directly onto the spacious pool terrace furnished with chic white sun loungers. An outdoor lounge and barbecue area, poised for sunset cocktails and seafood feasts, provides the perfect setting for a delicious alfresco meal prepared by the in-villa chef. Villa Aqua also comes with bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards, a kayak and fishing rods. With plenty of facilities on offer, kids are spoilt for choice!

Just a few steps beyond the villa’s outdoor area, Natai Beach beckons with its golden sands and crystal clear waters. Equipped with a small army of staff, including a villa manager, full-time housekeeper, private chef, estate security staff and additional staff upon request (babysitter, masseuse), guests can expect the royal treatment from the moment they set foot on this luxurious property.

Located within the exclusive Sava Beach Villas estate, just moments from the glistening sands of Natai Beach, a peaceful strip of sand to the north of Phuket, Villa Aqua is ideal for small families or groups seeking seclusion and endless sunsets.  The villas offer a tranquil hideaway in a rural setting but are only an hour’s drive from the buzz of Phuket’s beach resorts and less than half an hour from the island’s international airport.

Natai Beach is perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking and swimming and The Aleenta and Iniala Beach resorts, both just along the sand, offer award-winning dining. Should you crave a change of scenery, a stroll down the beach or a short drive will bring you to a choice of local seafood restaurants and fine dining at the Iniala and Aleenta resorts.

Guests can cycle along the coastal roads of the Natai Beach area and explore the lush rural landscapes with coconut and banana plantations and buffalo herds. The beautiful Phang Nga Bay is directly accessible from the villa itself, and the Raya Islands, Similan Islands, Koh Phi Phi and more are all within an easy day’s sail. Guests can explore the delights of the Andaman Sea aboard a luxury yacht charter, or on a scuba diving or snorkelling excursion that can be easily arranged by the villa manager.

The natural hot springs in Phang Nga are also worth a visit, and The Hotspring Beach Resort and Spa is happy to accommodate day-trippers who are looking to relax on the spacious property. There are two hot pools as well as two cold pools, and an on-site restaurant to grab a bite to eat and refreshments before dipping into the pools once again. Guests can take an early morning hike up to the Samet Nangshe viewpoint, where incredible panoramic views of Phang Nga Bay are visible.

For golf fans, two of the area’s top courses are found in northern Phuket, the Blue Canyon Country Club (23km away), with two 18-hole courses set on 730 lush acres of former tin mine land, or Mission Hills Phuket Golf Club (29km), an ocean-view Nicklaus Design course on the east coast. Phuket also has a brilliant beach club scene: decadent brunches, DJ dance parties and romantic sunset dinners are all within a short distance of Villa Aqua.

Take a cultural tour of Phuket’s rich history and traditional life, learn more about the history behind the restored Sino-Portuguese shops and mansions and sample some of the island’s best local cuisine. There are countless temples and religious monuments to visit in Phuket; those that seek to immerse themselves in the Thai culture will not be disappointed.

Villa Aqua is ideally set up for families. Children’s facilities, including a baby cot and high chairs, are available on request. The villa’s guest relations manager will also have a wealth of information about nearby places of interest and will help arrange transport and make any bookings required. There is no shortage of activities in Phuket; guests are spoilt for choice!

For those that love watersports, windsurfing, wakeboarding, sea kayaking or standup paddling can be easily arranged. For the adrenaline junkies, there is ATV riding, zip line sessions and bungy jumping, as well as beautiful waterfalls to visit and mysterious jungle trails to follow.

There are two local waterparks located nearby: Splash Jungle Water Park on Mai Khao Beach near Phuket airport or Dino Sea Water Park, just eight kilometres away. Children will also love the cultural tours of temples and religious monuments found throughout Phuket.

For animal lovers, visit the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, a refuge centre for elephants retired from the tourist trade, or stop by the Gibbon Rehabilitation Project near Bang Pae Waterfall, a rescue and release centre for abused primates and other animals. Children will also love visiting the beautiful waterfall pools on a mini jungle trek in several nearby parks in Phang Nga.
