Simple, modern and sophisticated – you can walk in the front door of Casa Viva Tee and settle straight into holiday mode! This beautiful villa is nestled within a lush tropical garden setting in the town of Buzanada in Tenerife, sets the scene for unforgettable family holidays.

The villa combines sleek, modern interiors with stunning outdoor terraces. Large glass doors allow you to meander inside and out with ease, an idea for families that want to spread out throughout the villa. The open-plan living areas combined with the spacious terrace makes the whole villa feel bright and spacious, with ample room for twelve guests to spread out and relax, spending time as a group as well as enjoying private moments individually.

Within the villa, all the living spaces are spread over two floors. The main living space has room for everyone, with two large sofas, a television and sociable dining table, perfect for evening meals. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with everything you need to prepare delicious family meals and salads to accompany summer barbecues!

After busy days exploring the island and sociable evenings with your loved ones, there is nothing better than good night sleep. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, four on the first floor, and the final double room can be found in the guesthouse at the far end of the garden. All the bedrooms are light and airy, offering you space to rest and restore, making the most of no alarms or wake up calls other than the natural sunlight streaming in each window.

Guests always enjoy the private swimming pool, whether its kids splashing about or adults taking a quiet moment to cool off, the pool sets a calm atmosphere for the entire terrace. Bordered by sun loungers and greenery, with a fabulous dining area and barbecue sometimes there feels little need to go back inside!

Tenerife is a stunning member of the Canary Islands, and incredibly family-friendly. There is so much life on this island! Thanks to its beautiful climate, natural surroundings and tourist development, you’ll find something to do here that everyone will love at any time throughout the year.

Whether you want to see some beautiful beaches, visit a volcano, play golf, attend parks, both water and safaris or even watch the whales in the sea! You can do it all here! This complex is in the municipality of Adeje, located in the south-west of the island. There are plenty of attractions nearby that will give you plenty to do!

Family fun is an easy accomplishment of this area: Aqualand is a spectacular water park nearby that is perfect for families; similarly, you can travel to Siam Park which offers rides for both children, families and adults! It even has the famous adrenaline-inducing Tower of Power which is a slide at the height of 28m and goes through a huge aquarium full of sharks!

For all the fun to be had at the resorts, it’s the natural beauty that keeps people coming back to Tenerife. Hiking in the rugged Anaga Mountains comes highly recommended – a trail leading you from the Mercedes Forest to Punta del Hidalgo on the northern coast shows you a completely different side of the island.

If you’re interested in visiting some more natural beauties, then you can visit The Teide national park which is home to the third-highest volcano in the world standing at over 3,700 meters! There are local guides that will take you on an in-depth experience surrounding this volcano!

Additionally, Adeje has some beautiful beaches that you can visit and spend the day at, perfect for those who are seeking a beach holiday. If you like shopping, there are a few large shopping centres nearby, so you’ll find great places to shop till you drop!

Playa de las Americas is a haven for water-sports, beach life and nightlife, and has some good family attractions too. The Thai-themed water park, Siam Park, is perhaps a little more imaginative than most, while dolphin and whale watching is sure to enchant both children and adults.

Los Cristianos is situated west of the southern airport and is one of the most popular and busy resorts in the Canary Islands. The beaches are beautiful, and it has a harbour that offers fishing trips, pleasure cruises, outings on glass bottom boats, diving excursions and ferries to the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

The main beaches around the area are the Playa de Los Cristianos which is a nice sandy beach in a sheltered position next to the harbour. The Playa de las Vistas beach is in the next bay along and also has golden sand. Both have lots of facilities, including water sports and beach showers. There is also a black sand beach nearby in the Rincon area of Los Cristianos. This is quite a rocky beach.


Best Suited For: All Ages

Casa Viva Tee is perfect for families with children of all ages. The private swimming pool always proves popular with kids, whilst adults can relax in a sun lounger, keeping an eye on the kids splashing about. Grab some inflatables and you are set for hours of fun! The spacious terrace and allows room for kids to run and play, although, with no fence around the pool, younger children should be supervised.

This villa is large enough to make all the kids feel like one of the grown-ups! With large beds for them to sink into at night, and large sofas that they will find so comfortable they’ll be able to snooze happily while you wind down and relax from exploring what the island has to offer.

Families can cook, dine and live al-fresco, grilling fresh, local ingredients on the charcoal barbecue and maybe even giving kids a chance to help with the cooking!

Within the villa itself, the main, open-plan living area is great for kids, with space where they can curl up, play on phones and watch TV, making the most of the Wi-Fi and keeping up to date with the world back home! The homely styles and traditional furnishings through the house, makes families feel at home, settling in from the moment they arrive.

The island is great for those who want to get out and see its natural beauty – whether you stick to the coast or head inland and take on Teide, the vast national park. If it all feels like too much hard work, there’s a cable car to take you to the summit of its namesake mountain.

Just north of Playa de las Americas, you will also find Aqualand, a great water park offering rides and the chance to swim with dolphins. Not far away, Siam Park puts a Thai spin on things, with water-slides, swimming pools and its own beach. Go-karters will love the track which at Karting Tenerife, while wildlife lovers might like to head east of Playa de las Americas, where Jungle Park, Camel Park and the Tenerife Zoo Monkey Park offer all sorts of animal adventures.

This is the perfect location for a care-free family holiday, whether you are spending fun days at the villa playing in the pool, or out and about exploring all that Tenerife has to offer!

Security deposit €400 to be paid to the local property manager via bank transfer and will be refunded after departure. They will contact you before your arrival to arrange the bank transfer, this amount will be returned after your departure date

End of stay cleaning included? Extra €340, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit
