In a magnificent location just minutes from the stunning coastline of the Atlantic Ocean and right on the course of the Amarilla Golf Club, Villa Malpa Tenerife is an idyllic home for a small family or group of friends in one of Tenerife’s best neighbourhoods.
The villa is simply delightful, inside and out. The interiors are beautifully modern, bringing together monochrome style with vibrant splashes of purple bringing fabulous life into the space. Your lounge sees a lovely large L-shaped sofa set before a big TV, and flooded with natural light from these vast garden doors, putting the delights of your garden right at your fingertips! With UK TV including Sky Sports and super-fast Wi-Fi, you can keep up with all the action at home whilst enjoying all the best bits of a holiday in the sun. Alongside the lounge in an incredible open-plan design there’s a huge kitchen with space for the whole group to get involved at meal times! A breakfast bar ensures somebody can keep the chef company, or simply tuck into a quick snack in between the fun. Finally here there’s an elegant dining table, set before yet another set of garden doors leading onto the terrace! With a desk set-up in the dining room, even those having to work-from-home can enjoy a holiday around a few hours’ work each day, and enjoy fuss-free working thanks to this fantastic Wi-Fi.
For the perfect, restful night’s sleep each night, there are three sumptuous bedrooms. In the master suite a beautiful king-size bed sits at its heart, with a casual armchair beside complete with a superb ensuite bathroom and even a walk-in wardrobe! You’ll feel totally pampered with all that space to get glammed up each day! There are two additional bedrooms, one with a fantastic set of two single beds, the other with a double bed. All three rooms enjoy fantastic ensuite facilities, including large walk-in showers in two of them!

About the surrounding area of Villa Malpa TenerifeNestled by one of Tenerife’s most beautiful Golf Courses, Villa Malpa Tenerife is perfectly located to enjoy both the mesmerising natural beauty of the island, and yet the liveliness and entertainment of the region. Indeed, Tenerife is one of the liveliest of the seven stunning Canary Islands and bursting with beaches!
Just a few minutes’ walk away you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants and even the fabulous Amarilla Golf Club. Try your hand at a little golf, head over to the water park or simply kick back on the beach – there’s countless Blue Flag ones to choose from! A small dog is welcome here, so you can even bring your pooch along for the ride and enjoy some scenic local walks right from your front door! Amenities like supermarkets are right on your doorstep, too, so the day-to-day is easily managed with a gentle stroll to the shop or to grab some food.
The Amarilla Golf Club is a superb 18-hole championship golf course and 9-hole pitch and putt beside the ocean that practically guarantees sunshine and warm weather. During the day you can enjoy memorable rounds of golf on this unique course, and in the evening there’s a few bars, some with a little evening entertainment. Competitions every Thursday and Sunday morning will keep you on your toes, and with two of the best golf courses in Tenerife you’ve got the perfect place to practice and perfect your skills.
The beautiful San Miguel marina is situated just off the twelfth tee, and its ‘Bar La Torre’, tucked on the roof of the marina control tower, offers dreamy sunset views. Meanwhile, San Blas, just a stroll along the beautiful promenade or a short drive away, is excellent for shopping and entertainment, and if you get a real urge to party, the buzzing centres of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos are just a 15 minute drive away.
Around a 20-minute drive to the west is the stunning coastal area of El Palm-Mar. Beautifully nestled between the Guaza Mountain to one side and the hills of El Fraile to the other, Palm Mar not only enjoys its own microclimate thanks to its unique location but also has one of the island’s best Nature Reserves!
Meanwhile, a little further north-west, Costa Adeje is a dazzling town bursting with high-class entertainment, fine-dining and sophisticated boutiques, bursting with luxury and all the glitz and glam of the coast! With adventure parks and beaches galore, upmarket shopping districts and unbelievable food, it’s a perfect choice for all ages and interests alike! THE REGION

This park is simply unmissable for its incredible range of tropical forest and wetlands, as well as fascinating attractions, including the Jungle Park and Eagle Park, where you’ll find orangutans, chimpanzees, lemurs, lizards, penguins, alligators, tigers, eagles, vultures, buzzards, owls and even a huge Condor, native to the Andes!

Wonderfull Holidays
We enjoyed a few days of tranquillity. The environment lends itself to this. Both the house and the swimming pool of the Villa were very good. The attention of the staff was very good and diligent. Good cleaning of the house and the pool. Small maintenance details: little hot water in one of the bathrooms, low power air conditioners, insects in one of the bathrooms, but in general, the quality/price ratio is quite good. Highly recommended

Great modern villa set in the tranquil surroundings of Amarilla golf course. All the comforts you need for a perfect stay. You have your own pool which is cleaned twice a week,a fully equipped kitchen,3 bedrooms all ensuite,tv with great choice of channels and your own secluded bathing area. Also David and his wife are so helpful if you require any assistance. All in all we cannot fault the villa and location if you are looking for a quiet holiday or something more lively like Las Americas or Siam Park on a short taxi ride away.

Our second stay at Villa Malpa Tenerife and knowing what we were coming to was a benefit. Again, the villa is clean and well maintained. The pool and the jacuzzi are clean and at a pleasant temperature. David, the agent, was as ever extremely helpful as we had to change dates and there was a fault with the TV and everything is dealt with in a helpful and efficient way. We will book this villa again.

We stayed at Villa Malpa Tenerife for the second time for 2 weeks from 4th August and yet again had the most amazing time. The villa is very spacious, has everything that you should need. The swimming pool is excellent as is the Jacuzzi which we used this time. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are great for a family. The area is very safe, family orientated and has a good choice of local bars and restaurants around. We love Tenerife and will definitely be coming back to stay at Villa Malpa Tenerife.

A delightful 3 bedroom villa with heated pool
Our party of 4 people were very comfortable in Villa Malpa Tenerife. We love its' location; a close walk to the Marina and 15 minutes walk to San Blas. This was our second holiday in this villa and we would have no hesitation in rebooking a third time.
