You can truly feel the result of a seamless fusion of interior and exterior spaces, with a vast set of French doors opening directly onto your spacious terrace from each living room! In your delightful living spaces, you can enjoy the two plush sofas in such a lovely peaceful environment, looking out over your perfectly private garden! And in one, you can enjoy a modern entertainment system, perfect for putting your feet up after a day of activity across this beautiful region of Spain! Your fully-equipped modern kitchen, complete with a casual bar for two and direct access to the garden, is ideal for setting up your alfresco dining spot and preparing delicious meals!
Your lovely large master suite features a fabulous double bed at the centre and is the most spacious of all, complete with an extra child bed and a cot for a baby. There’s an additional double room and a third room with a pull-out double bed, and finally two twin rooms. The first of two fabulous bathrooms comprises a bath with shower, a stylish double vanity sink, a bidet and even an outside shower. The second bathroom has a similar, elegant design and a large shower.
Out in your superb garden, you’ll find a perfect set up for a holiday in the sunshine! With countless entry points, including from this slightly raised terrace where you can enjoy alfresco meals in style, you can look out over your fabulous 9 by 6 metre heated pool, lined with loungers and a luscious lawn, with an elegant stone effect on the pool! There’s a hammock to one side for tranquil lazing, and a quaint coffee table to another. Up on a separate terrace, you can enjoy an additional, glorious outdoor seating area. This first floor chill-out zone is an unbeatable spot for a little rest and relaxation, with views stretching across the luscious natural world around you!
Located just 8 minutes from Sitges, an incredibly cultural city, and within walking distance of a picturesque village, you’ll be fabulously well catered-to in this villa. And what’s more, you’re just a 35-minute drive from Barcelona!

And if you can be here for October, the world-renowned Sitges Film Festival is a real treat!
And if that wasn’t enough, with the thriving metropolis of Barcelona just 30 minutes away, you’ll be totally spoilt for choice! | End of stay cleaning included? | Extra €200, payable to Oliver's Travels 30 days before arrival. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |

| Energy costs included? | No, €600 based on real consumption during low seasons, for electricity, gas, and water costs. This cost is payable to Oliver's Travels 30 days before arrival. The cost is included during peak season. |

| Heating costs included? | Yes, included in the rental price. From November to April, both included, there is an extra charge of €150 per week, payable to Oliver's Travels 30 days before arrival. |

| Pool heating charge? | For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €300 per week in winter and €500 per week during Christmas, payable to Oliver's Travels 30 days before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. |
