And with local amenities only a 5-minute stroll away, you have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday with friends or family.
This delightful 3 bedroom property has recently been renovated to ensure a mixture of modernity, comfort and tradition while still retaining its Mediterranean charm. The ground floor open plan living/ dining room offers a spacious area in which to relax or entertain, with comfortable lounging areas, a beautiful tiled floor and tasteful design touches.
Just pull back large double doors to access the stunning upper sun terrace with its glorious views over the surrounding coastline. There is a six-person dining area on which to enjoy some delicious Menorcan cuisine while looking out across the breathtaking vistas. And next door to the living area you’ll find a separate well-equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, and a small dining table, ideal for those little ones to enjoy breakfast from.
There are three attractive bedrooms at the property, renovated to an elegant finish, one with a double bed, the other two with twin beds, making them ideal for friends sharing. All with fantastic views over the Med. You will also find two beautifully designed bathrooms.
The outdoor spaces at this villa are idyllic havens from which to soak up that Mediterranean sunshine. From the living area, you will step out onto the beautiful shaded sun terrace, featuring a large dining area to enjoy those long balmy evenings on. And if pure relaxation is required, why not take advantage of the private chef service on offer at the property.
Just a few steps down from the upper terrace you’ll find the luxurious outdoor pool to cool off in during hot Menorcan afternoons. With relaxing sunbeds and shaded seating to recline in you’ll never want to leave.

Location
About the surrounding area of Casa Mimi SeaSanta Tomas is 25km from the airport, lying on the southern coast of Menorca. You will be situated under an hour from the Island’s capital Mahon, ideal for a day trip to catch a recital at the Santa Maria Cathedral followed by a long leisurely lunch at one of the harbour-side restaurants.
Santo Tomas itself is a quiet, self-contained holiday resort, set against a pine-covered hillside backdrop and surrounded by countryside, only moments from one of Menorca’s most stunning stretches of coastline and the best beaches on the Island.
The town comprises of one main street, and a promenade, peppered with small shopping areas where you’ll find everything you need, from supermarkets, cafes and souvenir shops to even a charming bakery. Santo Tomas offers relaxing, low-key nights, whether enjoying the entertainment at the various hotels or in the small selection of bars and restaurants in the town. But if you want something a little livelier, neighbouring Son Bou is a 25-minute taxi ride away.
The 3km of pristine golden sand beaches in the area is a major draw. The crystal clear waters of this lifeguarded stretch of coast are perfect for whiling away hot sunny Menorcan afternoons. There are plenty of water sports on offer too; so all the family will be entertained. There are also less frequented virgin beaches a little further west for more secluded bathing. And for the more active amongst you, take advantage of the beautiful coastal walks on offer in and around Santo Tomas. There is an area known as Es Migjorn offering picturesque, hilly countryside, ideal for walking or off track cycling.

THE REGION
Santo Tomas is situated in the municipality of es Migjorn Gran. It is just a stone's throw away from both Cala Galdana and Son Bou. This area has a very relaxing feel to the town, which feels more the way of a strip. It is ideal for couples and young families and has lots of entertainment at hotels and bars. There is plenty of activities for the kids too.
The town has a beautiful walk that surrounds the place and the beach of Santo Tomas. Undoubtedly, it's an excellent place to walk with the family. In addition, it has some children's parks, restaurants and pubs to enjoy a delicious cocktails.
Three beaches define Santo Tomas, San Adeodato beach, or Binicodrell, Sant Tomas beach, and Binigaus beach. This last one is the most famous as it used to be empty of people, and the turquoise waters are astonishing.

Wonderful secluded property close to beaches
We had a super stay, the Villa was really well situated in the middle of the island, we could get to everywhere, or just stay put, we did both! Very well appointed, and would not hesitate to recommend.
