Ideally situated in the popular resort town of Cala’n Bosch, home to some of the most fantastic beaches on the island and close to all of the amenities you’ll need to enjoy a fabulous family holiday, Villa Xoriguer is a modern and stylish four-bedroom villa accommodating up to eight guests. Featuring private, walled grounds and spacious indoor spaces, this charming property promises guests a stay to remember - and all are just a few hundred metres from the beach!
Villa Xoriguer features a fresh white decor and quality furnishings throughout, with large sliding glass doors that flood that interior with light. There is an open-plan living room/diner, which provides a wonderful space to chill out with family and friends, featuring sumptuous sofas in shades of juicy orange, a large dining table to accommodate eight guests and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player for your entertainment. The villa’s kitchen is well-equipped for creating delicious dishes for the whole family and comes complete with modern appliances such as an integrated oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as cookware, crockery and utensils.
The villa has four bedrooms, with the first double bedroom located on the ground floor. This spacious and stylish space enjoys a fresh white decor, as well as an ensuite bathroom with shower facilities for added convenience. A further three bedrooms can be found on the first floor, all furnished and decorated to the same high standard, with the double master suite featuring an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub as well as a dressing room. The villa’s twin rooms are perfectly suited to older children or teens, and both share a third bathroom with modern
shower facilities.
The outdoor areas here at Villa Xoriguer are equally wonderful, with guests having access to a covered and fully-furnished alfresco dining area, along with a built-in barbecue for grilling up a family feast! The lawned garden area, complete with sun loungers, offers the perfect spot to relax and sunbathe or for the kids to play, and there’s also a private pool - a welcome addition for cooling down after a day of exploring your surroundings.

About the surrounding area of Villa XoriguerVilla Xoriguer is located in the modern resort of Cala’n Bosch on the southwest coast of Menorca. The resort and beach here are joined with Son Xoriguer and is a popular holiday destination with families thanks to its year-round warm climate and upbeat atmosphere.
The beaches at both Cala’n Bosch and Son Xoriguer are among the most stunning on the island, with crystal clear waters that lap the soft white sands, excellent facilities and a range of water sports to enjoy, such as kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, catamaran sailing, canoeing and water skiing. If you’re hungry after a day of sun, sea and surf, Oliver recommends heading to the marina, where you’ll find a wide array of bars and restaurants to enjoy - everything from fine-dining seafood restaurants to cheap and cheerful takeout establishments.
The town of Cala’n Bosch is a wonderful place to spend your time, with a modern, buzzing atmosphere and a beautiful marina. There are more seafood restaurants here to enjoy, serving up more traditional cuisine, as well as little stalls selling local artisan arts and crafts. If you’re travelling with very young children, have limited mobility, or simply want to save your legs, you can explore the area via the mini train, which runs around the whole resort and into neighbouring Son Xoriguer.
All of the amenities and facilities you’ll need during your stay can be found here, including bars, supermarkets, banks and chemists, but for a more substantial shopping experience, we recommend heading into the nearby town of Ciutadella. Offering more than just shops, restaurants and bars, visitors to the former capital can also enjoy history and culture, and a visit to the city’s 14th-century cathedral is considered an absolute must-see for anyone visiting what the guidebooks describe as ‘Menorca’s prettiest city’. Built atop an old mosque, the cathedral is one of the most beautiful on the island, bursting with light, decorative elements, and beautiful stained glass windows that create colourful patterns on the stone when the sun streams through. Guests should note that the entrance fee includes access to the cloisters - so be sure to hold on to your ticket once you’ve entered the cathedral. Admission for children under the age of 12 is free, and ‘appropriate dress and behaviour’ is required, as the cathedral is an active place of worship.

Pure white sand and crystal clear waters, together with all the amenities you could wish for and an upbeat atmosphere. This is Cala’n Bosch, in Menorca. The modern resort of Cala’n Bosch can be found on the extreme southwest coast of Menorca, approximately 10km south of Ciutadella and some 56km west of Mahon and Menorca’s International airport.
Cala’n Bosch is a modern resort town with a beautiful harbour, which is the place to head in the evenings to soak up the lively atmosphere and enjoy a wonderful seafood meal. Here there are stalls selling wonderful local artisan arts and crafts. If you want to explore the town the lazy way, there is a mini train which runs around the resort and into the neighbouring district of Son Xoriguer.
The town offers all the amenities and facilities you need to enjoy your holiday, including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and chemists. For a more substantial shop, you should visit the nearby town of Ciutadella. The beaches of Cala’n Bosch and Son Xoriguer are to die for; crystal clear waters lap gently along the pure white sand. They also provide an excellent water sport environment and good facilities.

Best Suited For: All AgesIf you’re searching for modern and stylish accommodation close to leisure facilities, the beach, shops and restaurants, Villa Xoriguer is a perfect choice. The villa features plenty of space inside and out, ensuring that the kids have plenty of room to relax and play, as well as providing them with home-from-home comforts such as WiFi throughout, TV, and DVD player.
Parents will be pleased to discover that there is ample shaded dining space outside so that the kids can eat alfresco while still staying out of the sun, as well as a large lawn area for enjoying a kickabout and letting off some steam. The villa’s private pool is bound to be popular with kids of all ages, although parents should note that the water is accessible via a ladder rather than steps, so younger children might need some help getting in and out. Also, the pool is unfenced, and the walkway around it is narrow in spots, so the little ones will need to be well supervised when playing in the vicinity to avoid accidents.
Sleeping arrangements during your stay are made simple thanks to the mix of double and twin rooms here at the villa. Although one of the double rooms is located on the ground floor, the master bedroom is on the first floor with the twin room and features enough space to accommodate a cot or smaller bed for a toddler, so it is ideal for families with children.
Villa Xoriguer is located in Cala’n Bosch, a well-developed resort that offers a wide range of activities to suit all age groups. Younger children will enjoy the glorious soft white sands and clear waters of the beach here, while older kids and teens can try their hand at paragliding, jet skiing and flyboarding. The marina offers the perfect spot for a family stroll, and the kids will enjoy seeing the speed boats and fishing boats that are anchored here. You’ll find plenty of family-friendly restaurants to enjoy, as well as lots of places where you can book boat trips and excursions.
