A newly built property distributed over 3 floors, with 5 modern bedrooms located in Port Soller offering stunning 360 views over the sea from its clifftop position. The property over looks the marina, the mountains, the port and not least gets some incredible sunsets from the open sea on the western side. A perfect example of a luxury villa in the popular west part of the island. Despite its tranquil elevated position, the villa is just a short drive from the bustling towns of Soller and Deia. Offering flexible accommodation inside means it has an easy set up for all your needs especially the plunge pool on the upper terrace.
Villa Mirada Soller is quietly drawn back from Port Soller's buzz, yet still located in walking distance to all shops, restaurants and sandy beaches. It has several terraces as well as a lovely, shaded saltwater pool at the heart of the house, so you can cool down on those hot summer days while still being social with family members sitting on the deck drinking cocktails or having meals.
The main first floor is all social space with dining room, open-plan kitchen, 2 sun and dining terraces, and a TV lounge. Always with quick access to the well-sized plunge pool. The lower level has 4 en-suite bedrooms, all with beautiful views of the port, and terrace exits. The top floor has the amazing master bedroom suite and it is the cherry on the cake, with astonishing sea views on either side of the room, a bathroom with sea view bathtub and a large private terrace.
This comfortable and modern villa can be used all year round as it has all installations needed such as underfloor heating, fitted AC, quick wifi, surround sound and much more to offer.
Externally, through a door leading from the lounge area you will find the elevated plunge pool offering unobtrusive views of the Port of Soller. The stone terrace, just off the kitchen, offers hours of family time and the overhead brush roof offers shade and time out from the warmer hours of the day.

- A car is essential while staying at this property, although its elevated location is ideal and it is walking distance to the Port
- Children should be supervised whilst around the pool as it is unfenced
- The property offers a a baby cot and high chair for the littlest travellers
- The modern style spiral staircase does not have handrails and is not child friendly

About the surrounding area of Villa Mirada SollerPort de Soller is a picturesque little village situated in a large horseshoe bay on the west coast of Mallorca. The seaside retreat was, until recently, one of the island's best-kept secrets. The bay is bordered by a sandy beach, lined by a pedestrianized promenade where visitors flock to admire the port's unwavering beauty. Here resides an endless stretch of cafes, restaurants and shops with the odd hotel in between. Remaining true to its traditional fishing harbour roots, seafood restaurants are in abundance. At the same time, there are several contemporary places popping up in the area, including top-notch restaurants and trendy cocktail bars. To top it off, just down the road resides the delightful inland town of Soller which continues to embrace Mallorca’s heritage. Rustic stone architecture, a popular Saturday market and wonderful art galleries are amoungst its highlights. It’s connected to Port de Soller by a vintage tram which takes its passengers on a picturesque journey among lemon and olive groves.
Soller town - Soller is set in a lush valley of orange groves between the mountains and the sea, Soller has been popular with day trippers for some time. They tend to arrive on the vintage train from Palma and seem to do little but sit outside the cafes in Plaça Constitució soaking up the atmosphere and the sun. With several tapas bars, a fine selection of pastry shops, local ice-cream, and freshly squeezed orange juice, there is little temptation to move on. A typical old Mediterranean town, Soller is made up of narrow streets lined with traditional style residential townhouses with the famous green Mallorcan shutters. The main square, Plaça Constitució, has plenty of cafes where you can enjoy a fresh orange juice or coffee, and the area comes alive on Saturdays when the local market takes place. Culture vultures come from far and wide to travel to Soller as it is a place rich in history, full of beautiful architecture and museums. It is also a town that hosts many traditional Mallorcan fairs and festivals throughout the year.
Palma City a 30 minute drive away - Palma is Mallorca's vibrant capital, stylish and intimate, yet bursting with life. Half of the island's population dwells in this city, lively all year round with luxury hotels, trendy restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife as well as a thriving art scene. It's often compared to Barcelona and, being within a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, it makes for the perfect city break.

THE REGION
The remote Port de Sóller in northwest Mallorca is a picturesque, small coastal village which has become well known and popular, particularly due to its historic tram, large bay with a protected harbour and scenic surroundings.
