Deluxe Veri is a luxurious finca located in the breathtaking Tramuntana mountains, an area protected by UNESCO. It offers unparalleled views of Palma Bay and is conveniently close to Palma, with just a 15-minute drive or a longer walk through a private dirt road to Valldemossa.
The indoor layout of Deluxe Veri includes the main finca, which boasts 6 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and fully air-conditioned. The living room is housed in a beautifully restored olive press featuring a high ceiling and plenty of character. Each room provides access to a patio adorned with lemon trees, creating a cohesive and airy atmosphere throughout the property. The finca also offers a small but functional kitchen, and for a more extensive cooking area, there is a larger kitchen located outside. The staff lays out a cold continental breakfast every morning for the guests. Additionally, a private gym is available next to the tennis court.
The outdoor layout of Deluxe Veri is equally impressive, offering a diverse range of amenities and landscapes. The property boasts a private tennis court and a heart-shaped infinity pool with stunning views over Palma Bay. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped, featuring ponds, flowers, palm trees, and extensive olive groves. The finca is gated on both sides of the mountain, providing ample parking space. The property's spaciousness allows for various terraces, ideal for dining and relaxation, as well as lawns where children can play. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ area offer a perfect spot to hang out with a drink while dinner is being prepared. There are also plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas by the pool.

Outstanding Landscapes
The beautiful town of Valldemossa, approximately five to ten minutes’ drive from the villa, is located in the north-west of Mallorca in the stunning Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range and it is a UNESCO World Heritage Centre. 420m above sea-level, the town is surrounded by the typical Mallorcan countryside of olive, almond, carob and fruit trees.
It is an especially picturesque town with narrow streets lined with Mediterranean plants and colourful flowers, cobbled stone lanes, pretty cafes, galleries and restaurants plus traditional local bakeries serving ‘coca de patata’, a sweet potato cake eaten with thick hot chocolate. Like many places in this corner of Mallorca, the town has inspired writers, artists and musicians over the years, including Frederic Chopin who lived here for a short time.
In summer months the town can get very busy with day-trippers who come to wander the streets and visit the famous thirteenth-century monastery ‘Real Cartuja de Valldemossa’. The higher up the village you walk, the quieter it tends to get – the oldest part near the monastery is where most of the locals live. Late afternoon or early evening is the perfect time to stroll around as most of the coach loads leave by then.
One of the nearest beaches is Cala Deia, a small pebbled cove steep below the beautiful village of Deia, and here you will find one of the best places to eat fish at lunchtime. A little further north is the beaches and delightful coastal town of Port de Soller, or you may prefer to head across to the coastline surrounding Palma, a stunning city which is worth a visit in itself.
This corner of the island is ideal for both nature and sports enthusiasts. There are many local sign-posted hikes in the area surrounding Valldemossa and beyond, plus horse-riding, rock climbing and golf nearby.

The Region
The small coastal village of Deià, on the northwest coast of Mallorca, is one of the prettiest villages on the island. Perched in a ravine at the foot of the Teix mountain, with views out to the Mediterranean below, Deià has long been a magnet for famous artists, writers and other creative people – most notably the writer Robert Graves.
Much of the Deià’s appeal lies in its laid-back vibe and blissful surroundings, making a stay here highly conducive to rest and relaxation amidst some very impressive views of the blue sea and stunning mountains. Visitors tend to opt for pleasurable eating and drinking experiences, with some enjoyable walks or hikes and trips to Deià ’s small but very pretty Cala.
