What you should know…
- The entrance to the villa is via a flight of stairs and up to the first level, where the pool is. The bedrooms are all on the ground floor, accessed via a flight of stairs
- Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property
- There is no safety fence around the pool so children will need to be supervised at all times
- There is open air parking at the villa, secured by an electric gate

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
