Villa Cati Pollensa is a contemporary and comfortable villa with views up to the famous Puig de Maria Monastery and spacious outdoor living areas. There’s also an exterior kitchen area with seating for all the family adjacent to the swimming pool which just adds to the summer living this property has to offer. From the terrace you have some of the best views of the surrounding mountains and not to forget the exceptional sunsets. The owners have designed the villa with thought of bringing the outdoors in with furniture and fittings of the highest quality and extra features such as pool heating (refer to T&Cs), billiard table, football table, table tennis and gym room with cardio equipment to keep in shape while on holiday. These facilities will keep the younger, and maybe the older, members of the group entertained for hours.

You can entertain in style in a choice of living and dining areas, either indoors or out. The main parts of the villa have been decorated using restful creams, whites and neutral colours for maximum relaxation. This is truly a great impressive space, sumptuously understated with wooden beams, whitewashed walls and air conditioning.  With flexible sleeping accommodation and wonderful larger than standard private heated swimming pool (chargeable), this villa has everything to offer and is perfect for either families or large groups of friends that want to be close to town.

With 3 x double bedrooms, 2 of which are master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 x twin bedrooms and 1 x single bedroom. The open plan lounge/dining area leads conveniently out to the furnished terraced. The fully equipped modern interior kitchen has all the mod cons and breakfast table. Offering ample parking at the front of the property for various cars through private gates.

Simply and conveniently walk into the centre of Pollensa along the main road or through the narrow streets where you will discover the beauty of this lovely old town. Also, just across the main road you will find the start of the Puig de Maria walk which takes about 45 minutes to the top and very popular with the locals. You will find grocery and bakery shops and many restaurants in the Plaza Major but for bulk shopping it is recommended to hire a car. Admire the historic church in the square and be sure to attend the Sunday mornings markets where you can sample local produce like; Pollensa honey, locally grown organic vegetables and Mallorcan cheese.

Pollensa - just 400m away, Villa Cati Pollensa is location between the towns of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, the eastern end of the Serra de Tramuntana. Pollensa is an enchanting Mallorcan town packed with ancient blonde stone architecture, Pollensa doesn’t feel like many of the other towns which have surrendered to tourism. Although tourists have long been attracted here, Pollensa has learned to accept and adapt to tourism without losing its soul.

Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it, and the views definitely do not disappoint from the top.

Puerto Pollensa just 6.7 km away, offers wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere, make Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many. With hotels on the sea front that still retain an old-fashioned air, having been built long before the concrete boom of the 1960s developments. Today the town attracts mainly British and Madrileño families looking for something more than the hussle and bussle of the south coast resorts. With wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere, makes Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many.

Cala Sant Vincente just 7 km away is a small resort town in north-eastern Majorca, Spain. It consists of three small beaches, plus a few bars and restaurants catering for tourists. Located at one end of the town is the hypogeum of Cala Sant Vicenç, perhaps the most spectacular hypogeum on Mallorca.

Villa Cati Pollensa is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space ready for any kids to enjoy. The garden is spacious with lawn therefore the kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics in this space, as well as making the most of the sun.

Additionally, there is a private heated swimming pool with a very shallow end and roman steps that is the perfect addition to this villa. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.

Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 4 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, please enquire at least three days in advance of their arrival; there will be an additional charge of €500 (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. Pool heating is not available during the months of July and August.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs The single bedroom is smaller than the other rooms and has a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath that can be positioned at the same height as the single bed. These beds can be made up in an L shape so please advise if you wish the extra bed to be made up before your arrival.
