A beautifully restored authentic townhouse, situated high up above the historic town of Pollensa. Here, guests get the best of both worlds as its walking distance to the bars and restaurants yet nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac where you can retreat after a day of exploring.

Created from traditional Mallorcan stone, inside, the townhouse has been gloriously modernised to ensure the utmost in comfort across its two storeys to create a fabulous living space. The whitewash walls, exposed stone and original roof beams, make for a light and airy ambience.

On the ground floor, the luxurious sitting room featuring white designer furniture is a relaxing setting for time spent watching satellite TV or reading a book. Through an archway lies the modern open-plan dining and kitchen area, with all the mod cons you need to make delicious meals with the ingredients you find at the market.

Thanks to the chic floor to ceiling windows, daylight floods in and there are fabulous views and access out to the private swimming pool. There is also a bathroom toilet and wash basin on the ground floor.

The white staircase leads to the first floor and is home to two bedrooms. The large master bedroom features an inviting double bed, a sumptuous armchair, plenty of storage, and a fabulous writing bureau. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and fresh yellow tiles that will put a spring in your step in the morning.

There’s private access to the sunny terrace which leads to the garden and pool. The twin bedroom has original stonework and looks super-cosy with the low sloping beams and two comfy single beds. The ensuite bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub.

Outside, the terraced garden maximises the space out and is split over three levels offering a place to swim, eat and relax, even though you’re in the centre of town!

The small but perfectly formed swimming pool is on the ground floor and a beautiful place to cool off from the Mallorcan sun. An exposed stone staircase leads to the sun terrace, featuring sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ.

With views across the town to the Tramuntana Mountains, it’s a magnificent spot to sit and enjoy a glass of something chilled.

What you should know…

  • There is no private parking, but on-street parking
  • The villa is not accesible for those with mobility difficulties, as the is no bedroom on the ground floor and the property is divided in several levels
  • This villa does not allowed extra person
  • In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August.

Quietly located in a Cul De Sac yet still close to the buzz of old Pollensa town, the townhouse offers the best of both worlds for guests. Guests are just a stone throw away from the town’s famous central square filled with beautiful bars and restaurants. Perfect when no one wants to cook!

One of Mallorca’s most attractive towns, thanks to the winding cobbled lanes with historic architecture, Pollensa is a beautiful place to explore together.
The town has several cultural sites to take in, including the Roman bridge, ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa, a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town.

Pollensa town hosts a lively battle re-enactment every August and the Santo Domingo Cloisters in the centre in the city is the venues for open-air concerts every summer, as part of the Pollensa Music Festival. Every Sunday there is a traditional market which is not to be missed!

Port de Pollensa was once a fishing village but now one of the most popular coastal towns in northern Mallorca. A beautiful large marina and a horseshoe bay with a stunning mountain backdrop, the resort is wonderfully picturesque and filled with bars and restaurants. The beach is long and wide and furnished with sun loungers and many cool beach bars.

Cala San Vincenc, an old fishing village arranged around four little cove beaches and stunning blue water is also a ten-minute drive away.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit 1000 Euros - credit card details and expiry date to be supplied in case of damage to the property. The local Property Manager will contact you via email to request your details, the amount will be blocked on the credit card, not taken. Once the property manager confirms no damage the block will be released.

Departure time 10.00 am
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
