Casa Duo is a charming rural pocket-sized one-bedroom villa with a private pool sleeping two guests close to the town of Pollensa. This beautiful region offers an amazing authentic Mallorca experience and a chance to get close to nature with picturesque villages, fabulous beaches and spectacular scenery.

Surrounded by lemons, oranges and olive trees and enjoying fabulous panoramic views, this pretty air-conditioned property is the perfect base to explore Pollensa and the surrounding areas. The stone-clad cottage marries traditional features with sunshiny pops of colour, and the views from the secluded pool area make for the perfect oasis to enjoy a truly relaxing time.

Casa Duo has an open living-dining space featuring high open beam ceilings, white walls, and cool tiles. The furnishings, artwork, and colorful accessories create a warm atmosphere. The sofa and loungers are comfortable for relaxing or watching TV and the wooden dining table with large seats is suitable for romantic dinners or casual breakfasts. The rustic kitchen is equipped with essential appliances including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. The double bedroom has ample storage space and colorful accents, and there's a clean white bathroom with a shower for convenience.

Outside space includes a lovely covered terrace with pretty shrubs and climbing plants and gorgeous countryside views. Fully furnished for alfresco dining and chilled out lounging, this is the perfect spot to enjoy dining under the stars or long cold dinner drinks on balmy evenings. Loungers and a large shady parasol frame the inviting rectangle pool (7 x 3 m), which is surrounded by an open vista of mountains and countryside; this truly is a small oasis of tranquil beauty.

This is a family-friendly property, and there is a cot and high chair provided. The property benefits from a barbeque, washing machine and open-air parking, as well as having Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout.

Casa Duo offers a peaceful getaway in the countryside near Pollensa, just a short drive from the town center and is a great way to experience genuine island life.

Pollensa is an ancient rural town with a rich history. THE REGION

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €150 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.
Arrival time Between 4 - 10 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price. Linen change every 7 days and towels change every 4 days.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not available in this property.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

    This small finca is located a little away from Pollenca, The location is wonderfully quiet and you are completely undisturbed, and surrounded by citrus and olive trees. You look at the panorama of the Tramuntana and also on the Puig Maria, Fantastic !!! The service by Nord Villas is top. The property is highly recommended for a vacation for two. We would book Casa Duo again at any time.
    Now at the end of September, beginning of October, it was very problematic with the mosquitoes. My wife and I have never been so bitten, it was very unpleasant. The existing mosquito net is much too small for the large bed and 2 people. The protection against mosquitoes must be improved, otherwise it will be unpleasant and a relaxing sleep is not to think of.

    Nice pool with salt water, regularly cleaned and maintained. Nice location. and relatively quiet. We also liked the towel change after the half week. For 2 people sufficient and well equipped. The design of the cottage seems affectionate.

    The location, the atmosphere, the house, the garden
    The shower area can be improved by electrical ventilation. It gets very dampy in this small area.
