A Mediterranean paradise on the hillside, Villa Salmon Calo is a thoroughly contemporary beauty with a rustic, charming style both inside and out!
These interiors are simply spectacular! An L shaped sofa stretches before the TV and large dining table, all in a dazzling white that shimmers in the sunshine which streams in through the vast patio doors. White beams stretch overhead, standing out against the light wood ceiling. The kitchen extends from this open-plan space, and has a totally modern, fully-equipped set-up in a most striking design! Through the stylish archway, you’ll find everything you could need for rustling up a delight for the whole group.
There are three sublime bedrooms, all on this floor and each as contemporary and luxurious as these living spaces, with even more magnificent attention to detail! Stone interior walls dazzle in the light, as do these wonderful wooden floors, contrasting beautifully with the all-white and cream furnishing!
The master bedroom enjoys a large double bed, garden access, a dressing room and of course, its superb ensuite bathroom, with a huge bathtub, a separate walk-in shower and tons of space! The remaining two rooms both have two single beds, which can be prepared as doubles or twins, as you prefer. Both enjoy direct garden access, and one even has its own brilliant ensuite bathroom, while there is an additional bathroom for the remaining room.
Stepping outside, you can appreciate the jewel in the crown of this majestic villa. Mature Mediterranean plants and trees encircle every inch, adding vibrancy and warmth to the stunning rustic design. On the veranda, there is a shaded dining area, as well as a large BBQ space so you can spice up mealtimes!
Besides this is your immense pool terrace, surrounding the 8 by 5-meter pool with classic roman steps adding a little glitz to this glamorous space. Settle into a lounger for an idyllic sunbathing afternoon – or perch in the shade on one of these comfy sofas. And around the front of the house is the most beautiful alfresco dining spot imaginable, with sea-views for miles and a stunning wooden table!
The nearby beaches, including Caló des Moro just 200 meters away, are stunning, with crystal clear waters, soft sand and small bays to explore – and what’s more, you can walk to them in minutes, perfect for a morning stroll to start the day!
