An enchanting and far-reaching villa located in Cala d’Or, Villa Pedretes places guests within a short distance of the seafront and provides incredible views. This property has a deeply immersive exterior, making use of a unique saltwater pool. This pool is perfect for cooling off after a long day or for splashing around and having fun as a family. There is also an immaculate lawn area that is surrounded by looming trees, creating an element of shade and security. The exterior also includes a luxurious outdoor terrace, complete with a selection of comfortable seating arrangements. As such, guests can sit back and relax as they mindfully absorb the fascinating sea views that sit close by.
The main living areas within this property are located on the lower ground floor level of the villa. As you enter this level, you will be blown away by the sheer size of the living area. This space includes an assortment of large cream-coloured sofas that are decorated with elegant scatter cushions. Guests can also access the outdoor terrace area through the large glass doors in this room. The living area is ideal for simply relaxing and for letting all of your worries melt away. The dining area makes use of a collection of striking design choices, seen by the dark wooden table and contrasting red and black chairs. Thus, this space embodies character and nuance, making it an attractive place to come together as a family. The lower ground floor level is also home to three incredible bedrooms. Each room contains two single beds and provides access to an opulent balcony area. Here, guests can awake each morning and gaze out at the tremendous views before they start their day.
Moving up to the ground floor, this is where you will find the kitchen and the remaining two bedrooms. The kitchen also adheres to a similar colour scheme to the dining area, using bright red walls to build an eye-catching space. The third bedroom contains two single beds as well as an abundance of storage space. In turn, each guest can revel in their own sense of privacy and comfort. The final bedroom is the master bedroom, which has a spacious double bed in the middle of the room. This room also includes an expansive built-in wardrobe.

- The bedrooms provide complete access to the garden area, so children should be supervised when using these rooms
- The ground floor living area contains a large desk area that is suitable for up to three guests
- The swimming pool contains chlorine, so guests must take extra caution if they have sensitive skin
- Be aware that the pool area is unfenced, so little ones must be well supervised when playing in the vicinity.

About the surrounding area of Villa PedretesVilla Pedretes can be found in the stunning region of Cala d’Or, a location that is bursting with affluence and style. Cala d’Or is also well known for its energetic food scene, using a variety of fresh ingredients in its fine dining industry. Port Petit is a popular establishment located just under 5-minutes away from the centre of Cala d’Or and is best known for its range of authentic menu items. This establishment offers a delectable assortment of meals such as roast duck magret as well as grilled veal chop. They also provide a range of desserts such as homemade sorbets and tiramisu to satisfy any type of sweet tooth. Port Petit welcomes guests every day between 1 pm - 3:30 pm and 7 pm - 10:30 pm. On Wednesday's it only opens in the evening, between 7 pm - 10:30 pm.
If you are a keen golfer, Vall d’Or Golf Club is a real treat for any level of player. This tremendous 18-hole course blends the irresistible views of the coastline with a variety of high-end facilities. This course combines rugged and rolling fairways, making it a unique challenge for even the most experienced golfers. In recent years, Vall d’Or Golf Club has expanded its buggy network, allowing guests to travel around this considerable course with ease. There is also a delightful restaurant located on-site to ensure guests can refuel after an exhilarating game. Vall d’Or Golf Club is around 15-minutes away, and an 18-hole game costs €112.
The Cala Egos Night Market is a deeply immersive attraction, giving guests the opportunity to explore a variety of stalls in a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Guests can meander through the wide assortment of stalls and purchase clothes, bags, and other decors from a selection of native vendors. This is a perfect place to visit if you are looking to pick up a few off-beat souvenirs during your trip. Many previous guests praise the gentle pace of the market and believe it is a little more pleasant than some of the other markets that take place during the day. The Cala Egos Night Market is a 20-minute walk away from Cala d’Or and occurs every Thursday from 6 pm till 11:30 pm.

THE REGION
Cala d'Or – or the 'Golden Bay' – is a popular beach area on the southeast coast of Mallorca, south of Portocolom and neighbouring the coastal town of Portopetro. In Cala d'Or you really get an all-round holiday experience with wonderful beaches, interesting excursions, well-preserved nature and varied nightlife.
Cala d'Or is an excellent spot for a beach holiday thanks to its impressive facilities and wonderful beaches. Huge fun is the mini 'train' which runs along the roads for holidaymakers between the main resort and beaches. The town is also a great base for exploring some of the best natural and historical sights that southeast Mallorca has to offer.

Best Suited For: All AgesCala d’Or welcomes children with open arms with its wide selection of family-friendly attractions. If you are looking to embark on an incredible nautical adventure, a trip on the Vita Bella II is a perfect activity. This remarkable boat has been providing day trips since 2003, giving tourists the chance to experience the beauty of the sea from an entirely new perspective. During this tour, guests will receive a range of food and drinks as well as the chance to mingle with others on tour. The day tour lasts from 10 am till 3 pm and encourages guests to explore secluded bays and relax on the deck. In contrast, the sunset tour leaves at 4 pm and returns back at 10 pm. This tour offers a unique barbecue and alcoholic drinks for the grown-ups. Although these tours are quite expensive, starting at €1350 for groups of 10, they offer a once-in-a-lifetime experience that the whole family can enjoy.
The Mondrago Nature Reserve highlights the natural beauty of Cala d’Or and is based just 15-minutes away. This vast landscape collates a range of trials that guide guests through an assortment of terrains, making this a deeply inspiring landmark. Each trail leads out to a stunning viewpoint, such as calm bays and expansive wetlands. This nature reserve is also known for its collection of wild birds, hosting observation stations across the park. Guests can visit the reception area to learn more about the types of wildlife that live here as well as the selection of trials on offer. Mondrago Nature Reserve is open all year round and has two main car parks on-site. Parking costs €5 for a full day, and this charge reduces to €2 after 5 pm.
Found less than 30-minutes away from the centre of Cala d’Or, Drach Caves allows children to explore these spectacular structures at their own pace. These caves are best known for the underground river that travels within the depths of the structures. Guests can even embark on a small boat tour that travels across this river, allowing them to listen to the classical music that echoes throughout the caves. There is also a small cafe located close by to ensure that guests do not go hungry before they enter the caves. Tickets for this attraction are very reasonable, costing €16.50 for adults and €9.50 for children under 12.
