Villa Amery is a fabulous, countryside villa, located in a tranquil, pretty part of the Mallorcan countryside. The property is surrounded by wonderful views of fields and trees making it the perfect retreat away for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle.
The villa is a grand, luxurious property, flooded with natural light throughout with an excellent main house and two guest houses. The stylish, contemporary design, mixes modern styles with traditional materials, forming a unique building and atmosphere. The main house is full of wonderful space, with elements of luxury in every room. There is an impactful double-height lounge and hall. The lounge is an amazing space, with panoramic views on three sides of fields and trees. This space is perfect for entertaining and spending time together as a group. The fantastic kitchen/dining room has ample space for everyone to crowd round and enjoy a meal together, should you choose to dine indoors. This floor offers an en-suite, twin bedroom, specifically designed to be wheelchair accessible. On the first floor, there are a further two bedrooms, each with its own terrace boasting wonderful views and en-suite bathrooms.
The two guesthouses are located next to the main house, overlooking the garden. The first one has twin beds, en-suite shower room and access to the outside with a private terrace overlooking the garden. The second is an open-plan bedroom/bathroom, with antique furniture creating a unique atmosphere. Also boasting a private terrace overlooking the garden.
Externally, the space is wonderful, a great place to soak in the country views and peaceful ambience of the area. There is a Mediterranean garden with rose bushes, lavender, rosemary as well as palm trees and carob trees. There is a lawned area by the pool, perfect for children. Villa Amery offers two pools; a large swimming pool and a long child friendly, splash pool. Overlooking the fabulous pools, there is a desirable covered terrace and complete outdoor kitchen; perfect to enjoy delicious al-fresco meals!

- Due to the countryside location, we would recommend a car with this property to make the most of the surrounding areas
- The ground floor bedroom in the main house has been designed to be fully wheelchair-accessible, so there are facilities for wheelchair guests
- The pool area is unfenced, so little ones must be supervised when playing in the vicinity

THE REGION
