Casa Colom is a stylish new-build property in Porto Colom that seamlessly combines modern design with local traditions. Its terracotta-tiled veranda and stonework reflect the area's heritage while offering a contemporary living experience.

Inside, the house is meticulously designed, featuring a practical layout and high-quality finishes. The living space is understated, with muted tones and ample natural light, creating a serene atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen and dining area exude elegance, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and a spacious dining table for six.

The property boasts three comfortable double bedrooms, each designed with simplicity and functionality in mind. Guests can enjoy the luxury of quality bed linen, fluffy towels, and modern en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms also offer access to balconies or scenic rural views.

Casa Colom is a newly-built villa for holidays with private pool to rent in Porto Colom, a charming natural harbour in the south-east of Mallorca. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Porto Colom, located in the south-east of Mallorca, is a picturesque natural harbour renowned as one of the most charming spots in the Felanitx district. Retaining its original charm as a traditional fishing village, Porto Colom is enveloped around a large, sheltered bay adorned with boathouses, a lighthouse, and fishing boats that enhance its scenic appeal. THE REGION

Cala d'Or – or the 'Golden Bay' – is a popular beach area on the southeast coast of Mallorca, south of Portocolom and neighbouring the coastal town of Portopetro. In Cala d'Or you really get an all-round holiday experience with wonderful beaches, interesting excursions, well-preserved nature and varied nightlife.

Cala d'Or is an excellent spot for a beach holiday thanks to its impressive facilities and wonderful beaches. Huge fun is the mini 'train' which runs along the roads for holidaymakers between the main resort and beaches. Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €300 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4.00 pm.
Departure time 10.00 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay
Other Ts and Cs - One cot and one highchair are included in the rental price. Additional items are available on request and at an extra cost of €35 per week per item. Please request this during the booking process.
- Please note that the air conditioning works on a timer, available from 2 pm - 4 pm and from 9 pm - 9 am.
Other Ts and Cs - Closer to your arrival date we will send you a link to a registration form that must be completed at least two weeks prior to your arrival date. This is compulsory and failure to complete the form, before arrival may cause issues gaining access to your holiday villa - General Directorate of Guardia Civil according to art. 16 of Law 39/2015.
