Port d'Andratx sits on south-western Majorca, 5kms from the ancient town of Andratx. A picturesque fishing village as well as one of Mallorca's classiest holiday destinations with many considering it as one of the lovelist harbours in the Mediterranean. Not only is Port d'Andratx a working fishing port that supplies many of the restaurants, it’s also popular with the yachting fraternity and film stars whose Italian-style villas can be seen climbing up the hillsides.

The hub of life is the delightful, harbourfront where open-air cafes, bars and restaurants provide perfect spots for watching the world go by over a glass of chilled wine or long, lazy lunch. Being a fishing village, seafood is the main offering in town, and you’ll find menus full of delicious Mediterranean recipes showcasing fresh fish and shellfish caught in the nearby waters.

The port itself has some small bathing areas and coves where you can sunbathe and splash in the waters. But, for more in the way of serious beach-life, the neighbouring resorts of Camp de Mar and Sant Elm feature beautiful sandy beaches. Backed by mountains, the twinkling waters make it too tempting to simply lounge on the sands, polish your tan and dream the days away.

Nearby the town of Andratx is well worth visiting. Made up of tangled streets, traditional Mallorcan stone buildings and pastel-washed houses, you’ll be enchanted by its rich history and charm. Art lovers will enjoy a visit to the Liedtke Museum, showcasing Dieter W. Liedtke's unique pieces of art. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €10000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accomodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning , laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Not permitted.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in posession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - Daily housekeeping, villa manager, pool and garden mantainance and chef 5 dyas per week (2 services per day) are included in the rental price.
