Perfect for large families and groups off all ages and perfectly located within walking distance of the sea and local town. The grounds allow for al fresco dining, swimming and relaxing in a space that you can truly call you own. Facilities include; spa, sauna, fitness equipment, daily housekeeping, pool heating, jacuzzi, Bang & Olufsen sound systems controlled by ipads.

From street level the villa is entered from the top floor, is distributed over 3 levels and has a lift for easy access. The open plan interior has a welcoming crisp, neutral and uncluttered feel, one cannot ignore the distinct embracing ambience of the interior. The lounge offers ample sofas space, satellite TV, floor to ceiling patio doors and a feature fireplace.

The full equipped kitchen is modern and offers all the mod cons. Stairs or lift lead to the top-floor where you will find 2 master suites both with ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms, terraces and sea views. To the south of the property, within the ground is a further bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private terrace.

There are 2 further double bedrooms on the ground level and one apartment on the lower ground level with living room, terrace, kitchenette and bathroom.
Plunge into the infinity heated swimming pool 15m x 5m, soak in the jacuzzi with led lighting and automatic cover which offer quality and a relaxing oasis with expansive views. Children will surely love this exterior space as it’s a privileged place to enjoy tremendous hours playing.

Neatly proportioned, this is an ideal spot for large families or groups wishing to enjoy soaking up the sun together. One cannot fail to appreciate the thought gone into creating the south facing sun terraces comfortable sun loungers, pool and garden with old olive tree and local flowerage.

Port Andratx (2.5 km away) – Port d’Andratx enjoys a picturesque setting located around 5km from Andratx town. Many consider it the loveliest harbour in the Mediterranean – it’s a stylish port, with a well-maintained and equipped yacht club offering more than 450 berths. This place is not only a working fishing port; it is a playground for the rich and famous who want to stay under the radar.

Although it has many restaurants to suit the yachting set, Port d’Andratx is still a working fishing port where you can sit outside one of the many cafés and bars watching the bustle of daily maritime life. The two beaches here are very small, but there are larger beaches very nearby plus excursions, luxury spas and golf.

Cala Llamp (2.1 km away) - Tucked around the corner from Port d'Andratx, Cala Llamp Bay has one of the most stunning views in Mallorca. The Tramuntana mountains create high cliffs all around, forming a crescent bay with calm, beautifully clear water. It's probably better suited to those not so interested in sunbathing but in swimming in the lovely waters and exploring the rock pools, which many families enjoy.

Palma City (33.4 km) - Palma is Mallorca's vibrant capital, stylish and intimate, yet bursting with life. Half of the island's population dwells in this city, lively all year round with luxury hotels, trendy restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife as well as a thriving art scene. It's often compared to Barcelona and, being within a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport; it makes for the perfect city break.

Villa Folies is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space ready for any kids to enjoy. The garden is spacious with lawn; therefore kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics in this space, as well as making the most of the sun. Additionally, there is a private swimming pool with a very shallow end that is the perfect addition to this villa. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.

Palma Aquarium (44.5 km away) - Uncover the many secrets hidden in the seas and oceans. Set sail on an adventure, you will never forget across the Mediterranean to the tropical seas. Explore the Jungle and enjoy the sunshine in our gardens while the children play on the pirate's ship or cool off in the water fountain. Marvel at the immensity of the Big Blue, the deepest shark tank in Europe. This is a perfect place to visit for all the family.

Palma to Soller wooden train ( Plaza De Espana 37.5 km away – Soller 54.6 km away ) - Perfect for all the family, the Sóller railway also stands out for the special, attractive route it runs along, overcoming the natural barrier of the Sierra de Alfàbia mountain range which is 2.8 km wide and 496 metres high. This should definitely be on your list of favourite things to do in Mallorca. The Palma to Soller wooden train has got to be one of the prettiest and most memorable small train trips you can take, and children absolutely love it.

Jungle Parc (12 km away) in Santa Ponca - Situated in a forest of 9 hectares in Santa Ponsa, come and enjoy different circuits with a total of 100 platforms. You will be required to move from tree to tree, at varying heights from the ground, using bridges, ropes, vines and lots of zip wires! Our PIRATES circuit is for children of 4 years and above. And there are two circuits for adults, EXPLORER and EXTREME. The EXTREME circuit is recommended for the more experienced or adventurous! Jungle Parc becomes the ideal option for individuals, families, groups of friends, company outings, schools

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €3000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Departure time 10 am
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 4 nights
Changeover day Saturday.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Under request.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
