On this floor, you'll find a serene double bedroom with air conditioning, boasting an en suite shower room for added privacy and comfort.   • While the villa offers an ample outdoor play area, keep in mind that there may be some natural elements, like fruit trees, that could pose minor hazards for very young children. Ensure appropriate supervision to keep everyone safe during playtime.

The traditional town of Artá sits in the middle of a large valley at the foot of a small mountain in the northeast of Mallorca. The town rigorously clings to its heritage, making few concessions for tourism. The parish church, Transfiguracio del Senyor, dominates the largely pedestrianised centre and skyline of Artá.

Artá’s biggest attractions relate to the cultural heritage of the area. The most popular is undoubtedly the Sanctuary de Sant Salvador and the fortified battlements that surround it.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €250 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price. Air conditioning has an extra cost of €8 per day, to be paid in cash on arrival.
Heating costs included? Not included in the rental price. Available at an extra cost of €10 per day, to be paid in cash on arrival.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes and mid-stay cleaning for stays of 7+ nights also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 5 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not available at this property.
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash on arrival. Please note that for stays over 8 nights the price of the ecotax will be halved.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - Air conditioning is not included in the rental price but is available on request at an extra cost of €10 per day to be paid on arrival locally and in cash.
- It is mandatory to send the completed police record before arrival.
