This villa is nestled in Alcudia which can be considered one of the top destinations of Majorca, and an excellent location for families and this villa represents that. This villa will be the perfect holiday home for a family but will also work for groups of friends having a vacation together.
The property is a comfortable home that will be a spectacular centre point for your holiday – you’ll be happy to start and end your day here. However, this villa offers more than just a starting point; it has the capabilities to provide entertainment and relaxation.
With a private pool and sun loungers, you’ll find that you can make the most of the Spanish heat and sun from the comfort of your back yard. Whether you have kids on holiday or not, they will be safe in the back yard due to the fenced-in nature of the property separating this villa from the others in the complex.
This modern home has an open kitchen, with a dining table and all the necessities for meals and offers space for entertaining guests. There are large glass doors that will exit onto the patio giving you direct access to the patio furniture and the pool – should you decide that you want to eat under the sun or stars, that will be an easy option for you. The living room is a comfortable set up, with space to sit and a television offering your home comforts here in Spain.
The bedrooms are all spacious and offer storage space as well as a television, a mix of double rooms and twin rooms make up this property’s bedrooms. Each bedroom also has air conditioning, so if the heat is too much or makes it hard to sleep, you can quickly solve that with this facility on offer. There is also a large balcony with furniture, offering a beautiful view of the lake and mountains nearby.

- As this is a part of a complex, you may find there are other families around you or groups of holiday goers!
- You are somewhat close to public transport, and so getting around should not be too difficult – although, with car hire, you will be able to travel around Majorca at your pleasure

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa InigoAlcudia is one of the most visited destinations in Majorca, with its history, charm and gothic revival architecture. It has plenty of magnificent, scenic sandy beaches for you to explore stretching several kilometres giving your party ample space to explore.
For the families or the kids at heart, there are the Alcudia Hidropark with a water golf course, water slides and pools. You may also pursue the streets of Alcudia for their open-air street markets and sample the food they have to offer.
Alcudia is not the only stunning place to visit nearby; you have Cala Sant Vicenc – home to three beautiful beaches, as well as Pollença just along the coast.
Pollença is an alluring town, at the base of the Tramuntana mountains, which is the largest natural reserve on the island, well known for its beauty and scenery. It was recently declared a World Heritage site, and the mountain range offers spectacular views and is a beautiful destination for hikers, cyclists and even bird watchers.
Pollença is also rich in history with the famous Calvari steps which are a 365-step stairway that leads up to the chapel on the top of the hill known as Calvary. It is also home to a Romanesque 19th-century bridge that is shrouded in mystery, as no one knows for sure its origin.
There is so much to explore, experience and take in as you visit the nearby towns, there indeed is something for everyone in this spectacular part of Spain.

THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

Fantastic house with pool.
Beach just across the street. Market 3 min away.

Very nice and modern apartment
The accommodation was very nice and modern furnished. The pool was regularly maintained and the team on site was super nice and friendly. We would go there again. However, the apartments need to be better controlled. After one or the other departure was not necessarily checked whether something is missing from the equipment or possibly damage to the inventory.
