An authentic and charming four-bedroom villa, located close to the traditional town of Alcudia, Mare Alcudia offers guests the chance to relax and unwind in this incredible property. It effortlessly blends the rustic atmosphere of the Mallorquin countryside with the quaint feel of small-town life. The exterior of the property is surrounded by a tree-lined drive, offering a sense of security and privacy before you enter the main house. The property’s immaculate gardens are filled with an assortment of native plants and trees, making it a unique wonderland for new guests. The outdoor pool is just one of the spectacular facilities available at Mare Alcudia. Equipped with a seating area and a unique fountain, the swimming pool is the ideal place to melt away all of the worries and stresses of everyday life. Additionally, this villa is fitted with its very own solarium, able to host up to eight guests at a time. So, you can top up your tan as you bask in the glorious warmth of the Mallorquin sun.

The interior of the property is filled with an assortment of distinctive furnishings, giving guests a blend of both comfort and style. Mare Alcudia makes use of a combined lounge/dining area, bringing guests together in an airy and spacious environment. This part of the house is home to an opulent log-burner to make every night a bit more cosy. The welcoming lounge area brings guests directly out to a covered terrace area, accompanied by an expansive dining area. This terrace gives tremendous views of the luscious garden and immense pool area. Moreover, guests are free to use the villa’s fully-equipped kitchen for preparing meals and creating those unforgettable family memories.

Mare Alcudia hosts an array of spacious bedrooms, making the property suitable for up to eight guests. The master bedroom contains a luxurious double bed, which is perfect for all of the lazy mornings you have during your stay. The other three guest rooms all use a pair of single beds, making them ideal for children. All of the bedrooms in this property have access to the magnificent bathroom, which includes a deep tub with a showerhead attached. This allows guests to be flexible and have access to a variety of options during their stay. Additionally, a maximum of two guests have the chance to sleep in the annexe suite. This comes with a large double bed, a sofa, and access to a high-class walk-in shower.

Accompanied by a local guide, guests will have the opportunity to travel up and down the town delving into a wide selection of native food options. The tour begins outside the main church of Alcudia and lasts for around 4 hours, giving guests a rich and detailed experience.

Alcudia has welcomed a budding tourism industry since the 1960s, attracting guests from far and wide. One tourist attraction that has captured the hearts of many is the Alcudia Market. Although it is only open on Tuesdays and Sundays, locals say it is not to be missed.  The market opens at 9.00am and closes at 2.00pm, making it a rare and well sought after attraction. Guests can take a 20-30 minute walk to the market from Port de Alcudia or they can partake in a special Alcudia Market bus trip. Take the time to weave in and out of the bustling stalls as you discover a plethora of fresh produce, irresistible clothing items, and a range of souvenirs to take back home. THE REGION

Voted as the number one family park in Mallorca, this attraction makes use of a wide selection of water rides. Thus, allowing children to jump in on some fun and exciting activities. Expanding over 40,000 meters, HidroPark Alcudia contains water slides, a splash pool, and a wave pool giving you a wide range of things to enjoy during your time there. Prices are very reasonable ranging from  €11.95 for guests over 11 and  €9.95 for guests aged 3-10.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €600 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 5 nights during low season.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Not permitted.
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash on arrival.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs As per the owners request, please make sure to remove rubbish on your departure day or you may risk being charged €50 from your security deposit.
